As Diana prepared for her next mission, Diana pondered if it connected to the previous one she just completed. Something stirred up those elephants, and if this beast was connected to their rampage through the farmlands, then killing it could prevent future incidents. The mission itself hadn't stated the type of creature that was causing the rampage, and as she did some scouting she wasn't quite sure yet either; meaning it was very likely a beast not found here very often.
"Troublesome, very troublesome."
Drawing her Gunhildr Blade and making sure it was loaded with explosive tags, she'd begin the hunt by following the beast's tracks. It wasn't too hard to do given the destruction it caused, but it still took some time as she was conserving her chakra for the fight to come. As she jogged to catch up to the creature, Diana pondered if the beast was an untethered summon or connected to Chen given the damage that she saw before her. She didn't exactly know if Chen was a summoner off the top of her head, but she could easily believe that he was.
It felt like several hours of following the trail, but eventually Diana could see the beast; it was indeed something to behold. It appeared to be some sort of mutant rodent the size of a small building, just barely standing above the tree line. The Gunhildr Blade would probably be enough to take it down, but she still wanted to keep having her body adapt to Nue's power. Willing to take the risk, Diana would sheathe the blade and transform into Nue, letting out a roar to get the giant murid's attention. It would rush Diana, and she'd counter by catching the beast with her snake tail on the shoulder before it could bite her. Quickly manifesting their Psuedo-Kata Arms, she'd flip it over and pin it down with the arms as she slammed her paws into it's chest like fists till it could move no more, and then an extra two for good measure.
With the beast defeated, Diana would send it's corpse to Nue's dimension for yet another meal before taking off towards the next task that needed completion within her domain.
