For the Alliance; Keys

Entering the village with her previous techniques dispelled, Diana would look around and note just how...peaceful it all was in comparison to what the Fang Freehold was like. It was a place far off the beaten path when one considered the Five Major Nations, and by her hand it was very likely going to be brought into said chaos. Once again the metaphorical weight of the Kage's hat weighed heavily on her, and she briefly felt like she shouldn't do such a thing.

Taking a deep breath, she'd pull out one of her marble memories, that of Hanabi Uchiha. The Konoha shinobi wasn't from her village, but if a war were to break out then there was a non-zero chance Diana would have to fight her to defend Iwagakure. She put it away and pulled out another one, that of Titania and her daughter. There was more as stake then just who controlled what, but the future of those who came after. Diana still knew very little about the Society, and as long as they existed there was a risk to that future being a bright one.

Steeling her resolve, Diana would continue forward and locate those in charge. She would be cordial with them, recent news of the world beyond the water not having reached them. As such the business deal went quite smoothly, and as Diana handsomely paid the village she debated on who's banner it should fly under.

Should it be a part of the Kishin Western Alliance yet? Diana pondered this for a while, and decided that no, it shouldn't be under their banner yet.

"If anyone asks, Jōmae no Sato and the Land of Keys are not under new management. There has been enough conflict on my side of the world, your people should not suffer for that."

With the deal made, Diana would then make her way over to talk with those guarding the Dragon Blade & the Elemental Orbs; those of the Ryū Clan. She would pick up the blade & study it as she was curious as to why such a strong blade was kept here, yet the same question could be said about the Sage's Tools & why they were left in two different villages.

Giving those of the Ryū Clan a bow, Diana would sheathe the blade and take both it and the orbs from their spot, certain she'd need them in the coming days. For now though, she needed time to understand the blade and its qualities.

Diana is claiming the Dragon Blade Artifact & its Elemental Orbs

It took Diana several days to understand the blade, but over time she managed to grasp the fundamentals of how it worked. The fact that such a blade existed in the first place was fascinating on its own, but what really intrigued her were the elemental orbs. While she would never be able to fully utilize their power as she could never attune to all of them, the fact she could use them as substitutes for having the basic elemental affinity would provide a massive boon for Iwatomics Incorperated's ability to make items that could revolutionize the world.

Eventually though, it would be time for her to leave, and it was during one of her meetings with the Ryū Clan that she received the bad news.

"...Chen has destroyed all of Sunagakure?"

It was a very simple message, and one that had left her wide-eyed & shocked. Her breaking became very focused, and she made sure to walk away from those in the Land of Keys before she let out a scream of anger.

"Of all the ways he could return, right while I am away from Iwagakure-gah!"

Diana would collapse on the ground as she clutched her chest, her heart in pain once again. She'd struggle to pull out her medication and would down the pill quickly, needing to roll onto her back in order to let it all go down. Laying there on the ground, the pain would slowly go away and she'd take the time to breathe and think over her next plan of action. If she was lucky Chen would stay within Sunagakure, as no reports on Sayuri had resurfaced yet, so he could be staying to protect her location. He could also be planning to go to Iwagakure, which wouldn't be a good situation at all for her. There were too many innocents that would be at his mercy. Even now with the dragon blade, she wasn't sure if she could beat Chen. But she had to try and do something.

Pulling herself up from the ground, Diana would clutch the dragon blade with a grip that whitened her knuckles as she sipped into the ground. For the sake of Kishin, Chen was going to die.
