Raika blinks when Blitz starts off with kicking up dust in order to block her sight to him, growling deep in the back of her throat as she launches the spikes directly forwards anyway to send them through the dust cloud, but now instead of advancing as planned, she combines the two halves of Hiramekarei into the larger sword once more, still with each hand wielding a handle at first. Then she drops one so she can use a technique she's only recently learned about, making a shadow clone of herself. Unfortunately, the clone is lacking a Hiramekarei of its own, but that's mostly fine; it takes on the Chained-Fist stance instead, the clone's forearms and shins covered in heavy and powerful chains of Fuuinjutsu. Raika still has a few things she wants to try out with her Sturm und Drang style of fighting, so it's time to see what can be done.
She catches Blitz circling around her on his feet, as though the mud beneath him was simply letting him skate across it, and she decides she's that it's time for her to take a more defensive approach herself, and she instead splits Hiramekarei again, twisting them around her body now while her shadow clone readies herself to strike as well.
As Blitz's water clone comes out of the dusty wall to fight her, the Raika shadow clone launches herself at it, using its own Sealing Strikes at maximum power in an attempt to bring Blitz down immediately, but Raika and her clone are both aware of this one being a clone already, since it simply doesn't have Samehada. Even so, neither Raika nor her shadow clone have any real chance to theorize any form of strategy, with Raika merely thinking about sending in her shadow clone to flush Blitz out, just before the real Blitz himself is coming out of his protective wall of wind and dirt. Thankfully, Raika doesn't let up on the twisting of her swords around herself. As a matter of fact, seeing Blitz rushing out of the dust straight towards her only makes her reflexively flow chakra through both halves of Hiramekarei, and her naturally dark red chakra combined with the rotationary forces of the air being whipped around by the intense speed of her weapons causes a crimson typhoon to rage, twisting around her as the speed of her blades become very nearly a blur, and likely too fast for Blitz to be able to try and grab.
As she's spinning both her blades to keep Blitz off of her, her own shadow clone is already putting in her own work by launching herself at him, utilizing the Mastery of Body technique that would allow her to improve her speed immensely so that Blitz doesn't simply try to leave her in the dust while her chain-covered fists are doing both the shit-talking and the sealing for her. Even if Samehada could reportedly eat away chakra, she doubts it can eat much while it's busy being pummeled, and its sharp skin could do little to tear the highly durable chains. The shadow clone finishes its strikes with one aimed directly at Blitz's chest, explicitly to try and leave behind a seal rather than attempting to seal away his chakra, for once. Should the seal be placed on his chest, the shadow clone would instantly pull back from him dashing back in order to try and avoid a counterstrike, and then giving out a single command word:
"SIT!"Should the seal have been placed, he would feel a tremendous pull from the seal placed on his chest as an Adamantine Chain would begin attempting to drag him down to the ground. It still wasn't clear to Raika whether or not Samehada could ingest chakra from a seal itself, since the chains are chakra constructs, but also physical objects; it would at least be interesting to see if it works. Regardless, Raika stops spinning her blades if the fight either comes to a standstill or Blitz ends up with his chest on the ground; either outcome would be good enough for her to end the technique, though a Blitz that continues to fight would be dangerous.
For the moment, at least, she ignores the familiar scent of Airi, even after she cheers for nobody in particular.

Weaknesses: While the technique is quite useful for deflecting physically-based attacks, it has little defense against more energy-based techniques or attacks that have an area of attack, such as a fireball technique or water colliding wave. Description: By flowing chakra through her weapons, Raika is capable of greatly increasing the deflection ability of the base Waterspout Flurry technique, changing it from a purely physical deflection technique into a technique capable of deflecting and even outright defending against chakra techniques as well. While this technique is in use, the chakra flow through Raika's weapons is expelled outwards in a visible swirl of energy, though the chakra isn't so opaque as to completely hide Raika at its center. It does, however, make it far more difficult for opponents to accurately track the movement of the weapons as they twirl. This technique improves Raika's Coordination by +1 tier while in use, and decreases any opponent's Perception boosts by -1 tier, even for doujutsu Perception boosts. Unlike the parent technique, this defense is also capable of deflecting A-rank and lower ninjutsu techniques as well as physical based techniques, which are still only deflected based on the Hardness of the weapons and unaffected by the chakra tempest.

Description: The Shadow Clone technique creates replicas of the user, similar to the Clone Technique, but these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. Clones spawn next to the user. The clones are capable of performing techniques, including the Shadow Clone Technique itself, on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. This technique splits the user's chakra equally amongst however many clones they create.
Weaknesses: In addition, the user must maintain general concentration to maintain their clone's presence. If at any time the user is inflicted with heavy damage in contrast with their Constitution all clones will be dispersed. On use of the command word (which must be a single word), the Adamantine Sealing Chains are drawn into the seal, stopping only when contact is made between the two seals, or the Fuuinjutsu is broken at A-tier Strength and Speed.
