Kimiko made her way to the Hokage's office, her sensory active to let her know if anyone was in the office or not. Presumably Tengoku was, but even if he wasn't, it wouldn't matter that much. She'd enter if there was nobody in and go to the window, looking out over the village, while she waited for Tengoku.

If he was in, she'd knock and wait for confirmation to enter, although he was able to sense her probably and may already preempt her knock. She wouldn't have been surprised since she'd probably do that herself.

Kimiko wore the standard Konoha Jounin uniform, as she was on duty at the moment and simply doing her rounds. She'd been summoned by the Hokage for her assistance with something, but afterwards she'd likely be going right back to her rounds.

None of the staff would hinder the jounin commander on her way to the office. No guard or secretary would dare. Kimiko had a history with the bingo books but it had been dismissed as a misunderstanding and she had been given significant power for her role in the defeating of a national level villain. Raijins head was locked in the vault now somehow preserving itself in a locked box below. He had wanted to destroy it initially but there were secrets hidden there. Allies...his army and followers. Tengoku wanted this information over any techniques or village locations. Though he suspected others would want that too. Still his sensory would pick her up before she ever entered the building. Once she knocked he would answer with a simple "Enter." to accept her. The office itself wrapped around a section of the building. Both walls lined with a series of grey filing cabinets above a white rug. Between the door and the desk were two identical black couches with a clear glass table between them. Plenty of walking space to either go through or around the set up. On the table was a collapsible bow. Soulstring sat there in its collapsed state but still a mere moment away from Tengokus hand.

On the other side of the guest lounge was a single Senju wood desk of considerable length and size. On the side of it facing the door were two fairly comfortable but basic metal and leather chairs. Across from those behind the desk was a large and old leather chair. A preference of the man who sat in the chair. Behind him was a black and red Tetsudashi steel Katana made by Masaru hanging on a weapons rack on the wall. Under it was a silver wakizashi made by the crafter Kara and rumored to match artifacts in ability. On a pedestal beneath the weapons rack held a legendary gourd of the hero's water. Finally under it hung the Hokages hat and cloak. Combat boots over shinobi pants decorated his legs. Tengoku himself sat behind his desk in the old red leather chair. He was wearing sleeveless white robes with gold trim. Golden feathered rings decorated his upper arms, wrists and if one could see them...his ankles. A black sword belt held his cloak closed at the waist. On his hands were metal plated gloves that didn't seem to hinder him in the slightest. On the desk sat a single scroll from the land of wolves....with its own chakra within it.

Tengoku would let his wolf like ears stand at attention as Kimiko would enter the office. On duty by her uniform. He had caught her in the middle of work? It made sense with her being a clan head and Jounin commander. Still he would indicate a seat across from him with a gesture of an open hand to it. His eyes shifting to study her own...the whites of his eyes turned black long ago with golden crosses ever present in the center. His own dojutsu was rumored to nearly rival the power of the three tomoe. Not for the same reasons but still. He would wait for her to either insist on standing or sit before he would lay his hand on the scroll. Speaking to her as he did.

"Commander Kimiko I called you in here today because you are both traveled in this world and a talented sealing specialist. I won't bother with pleasantries and get straight to the point. I sense some sort of...entity within this scroll. It seems to call to me and I believe if I accepted it.....if I utilize it than I can raise to a new level...a better guardian for the village. However before I ask you to help seal it within me...I want to poke your brain for thoughts on it. Do you have any experience with its like?"

The office was well decorated if not still its usual comfortably plain environment, although Tengoku seemed to be a bit more showy and opulent than the purely pragmatic Nyguyen had been. Her attention was immediately drawn to the scroll on the desk however, and she could figure out that this was likely about that. Her suspicions would be confirmed moments after she had taken her seat when Tengoku revealed it verbally.

She kept her sensory tuned on while she pondered.

"Experience in a manner of speaking I suppose. Akihiro was the two tail's jinchuuriki. I wasn't involved in any of the sealing on that though. That said, I do know how ta put a seal on that'll get a chakra beast sealed inta it, if that's what you're askin'. Closest thing I can figure is it's like a Bijuu. I dunno, new territory for me personally. I know the Sharingan can help pacify and control things, that's part of the genjutsu capabilities."

There was no harm in being honest. Most of her encounters as a shinobi had been with other shinobi, not with chakra entities. Would the Susano'o count? Then again, that was more of a manifestation than an entity all its own. Similar in power at least. Maybe some golem techniques that people used were also similar, or boss summons. It seemed to her that it was a little bit of a cross between that sort.

Tengoku would listen as she spoke plainly and honestly. He would cross his arms as he leaned back. The black eyes with gold cross iris would not avert from eye contact as he was focusing on trust. Kimiko had a sorted history with the village...though it had come to light that had mostly been a manipulation of his predecessor. If the Uchiha put in the effort they took sabotaging each other and put it to something else it would be frightening what they could achieve. Not that they weren't frightening enough. Still he would nod as his right ear would twitch slightly. A habit of his when he was troubled. Or perhaps nervous. Still he would nod in return to her words. So her lost lover had been something similar. That was an interesting point. Akihiro and he had never met but he heard the man was incredibly capable.

Still he would let his eyes fall to the scroll. So close at hand and calling to him. Whispers in the distance like a fog over his mind. This felt too good to be true. If he was going to take in another being the seal would need to be firm. Whatever power it offered it intended to exact a cost from him. He would need to be stronger than it. Was he so confident. Still he would speak up once more a few moments after she finished. His voice soft and filled with concern.

"Would you be willing to? There is the chance it's all an elaborate ruse by the very being in the scroll. If it takes me over somehow or breaks free....it would be up to you to subjugate it. That carries a huge risk. Likely I will carry through taking control of this thing....I will find a way. But you can still step away from all this."

His arms would part as he would fold his hands on the desk. His right ear twitching again as he shifted his eyes back to her from the scroll. He was watching her with his sensory and his eyes. Aware he would be making himself vulnerable to her. It was a risk but one he needed to take. He needed to be able to trust his Jounin commander if he was going to let her be his second in command...and likely Airi's after him. Not that he intended to share that idea with her just yet. Still the chakra in the scrolls seemed to almost gather in the closest side to him. As if pushing outwards to reach Tengoku. Whatever was in the scroll wanted him.
