Touka sits on the dock as she waits for the scout to return from his trek. Looking into her reflection on the water's surface, as still as a mirror yet showing the life that lives below during the late moments of the sunrise. The scout does indeed return not too long afterwards with good news of the location of the capital of the Land of Moon. Wasting no time, she stands up and begins her trek to their destination. Upon reaching the gates of the village, Touka stops and bows before entering, speaking a few words of pardon.
Walking around on the streets of Getsugakure, Touka admires all the sights there are to see as she is guided to the capitol of this village to speak to the leader. This doesn't take long at all with the guidance of the scout. Taking no time to get down to business, Touka requests audience with the leader. Upon acceptance, she produces the scroll holding the ryo before speaking up.
"I, Touka Hozuki, have been sent by the Mizukage in an attempt of peaceful comradery and entrance into the Land of Water. This does mean the artifacts that you hold would be accessible by the land of water and relocated into Kirigakure. Now I know that does sound like a tall ask, but that is where the scroll comes in. This scroll contains 8,616,000ryo as compensation for such an ask..."
She pauses and waits for a reaction and response by the leader. Though through a bit of talking and reasoning, Touka successfully persuades the leaders of the land of the moon to join the land of water. Without missing a beat, she turns on her heels and walks out the same she walked in: Unbothered. As she leaves, Touka and her guide waste no time heading back to the docks and heading back to Kirigakure.
