Improvement of One's Craft

Kiyoshi would return to his workshop with a new vigor, it was time for him to craft more and he already knew what his next project would be. He was planning to start with something relatively simple, his specially designed sealing rings, that would allow him to have his puppets always at his fingertips. It would take him some time to craft them all, but he would work as fast as he possibly could to ensure that he didn't slow down in his progress to becoming an engineering master. His rings were just another step along the way, but a step that had to be taken before he could move on. Grabbing his unit of gold, he had left from the market, Kiyoshi would start his work on the rings.

Finishing the rings, Kiyoshi would slip each one onto a finger of his mobility Suit puppet. There was a reason he made the ring's slightly larger than his fingers, and this was why. Having them on his own fingers would be inefficient considering the fact that his hands would be inside the puppet and therefore bringing out another inside it would destroy his armor. Kiyoshi would then grab some polymer and cotton and begin crafting another Teddy bear, when everything was said and done, Kiyoshi would have an abundance of these stuffed animals but it was good to take a step back from the harder projects and do something simple in between to keep him on his toes.

Finishing the teddy bear, Kiyoshi would toss it into a pile in the corner where the other two he had made sat, the idea was that he could fill that area with his stuffed animals in the time it took him to finish all of his crafts. Whether or not this would happen remained to be seen, but he was already on his way having three done and now beginning to work on the fourth. The teddy bears were the simplest of all his creations and were fairly easy to create, though he really should look into other minor crafts that he could do instead in between his larger projects. For now he would make another Teddy Bear.

Finishing the second bear, Kiyoshi would toss it into the pile with the others and grab one of his units of steel. His goal would be a simple one despite the fact that this was a more complicated task than the stuffed animal craft was. The process of taking this unit of steel and using it to create small ball bearings was no easy task, the fact that it would take him time would be no surprise to him, however he would ensure that they were all perfect in size and shape to one another and that they would work with the larger project he had planned further down the road.

Finishing the Ball Bearings, Kiyoshi would seal them away from now. He had no intention of playing five hundred bead pickup games today, once that was done he grabbed the supplies and began making another stuffed animal. He yet another bear to add to his collection as he continued to think about what exactly he was going to end up doing with all of them when he was finished. He began thinking about possibly making some kind of dye to add to the polymer that would allow him to color coordinate certain bears rather than them all be the same color, but that was a task for another time.

Finishing the teddy bear and adding it to the four already present in his corner, Kiyoshi would grab the materials for one more teddy bear before he would start on another set of ball bearings. Kept things interesting and his plan for the army of bears he would have, was slowly formulating in his mind. He wouldn't be able to do much with them, maybe a trick or two, but it might come in handy in a pinch as a distraction at the very least. Still he would sit and quietly craft himself another teddy bear, smiling as he did so.

Teddy bear number six, now complete and sitting in the corner with the five others, Kiyoshi would grab his second piece of steel. It was time for another set of ball bearings, normally someone would think that the first five hundred he had made was more than enough. But considering his plans for some future crafts, it was better for him to have more than he needed now, rather than run out too soon and not have enough to complete those future crafts. Sitting down, Kiyoshi began processing the metal into the small beads that were the ball bearings as he created another set of five hundred.

This would make his seventh of the bunch, adding to his ever-growing collection. Soon he would have an army, of course that army would be an army of stuffed children's toys, but an army none the less. It was only a matter of time before he would figure out exactly how he was going to use this said army, but it was something that was on his mind.

Adding number seven to the pile of teddy bears, Kiyoshi would begin working on number eight. Noticing he was already running low on material; Kiyoshi would let out a small sigh of annoyance at the fact that he would have to make another market run so soon. He still had enough materials for a few more creations after this, so he would put that problem off for now, the teddy bear creation was the priority for the time being. Though he shouldn't really complain about going to the market, seeing as all the merchants seemed to like him. It was the more getting out of his house that annoyed him, still he would focus on the bear as he began to apply the eyes and nose made of plastic.

Putting the final touches on teddy bear number eight, Kiyoshi would add it to the pile of others as he grabbed his last unit of steel. This only proving the point that he was going to have to make another market run if he planned to continue his crafting, but for now he would begin his work. Returning to his workbench, Kiyoshi would begin the long and tedious process of turning the unit of steel into the five hundred ball bearings once more. Perhaps with his run to the market he could grab some materials to make something more than just these things over and over again.

Kiyoshi would seal them away as he had the other before grabbing the materials and beginning to work on another teddy bear. This would be number nine of the collection, and he would have just enough materials for the next one before he needed to run to the market so he might as well do them first before he went. Number nine would be no different than the first eight he had sitting in the corner and it would be no different than number ten.

Sitting number nine down with the other eight teddy bears sitting in the corner, Kiyoshi would grab the last of his materials for the stuff animals and begin working on number ten. Of course, once he was done with this one he would need to make yet another market run. His mind already making a mental list as he worked so that he could grab materials for multiple future crafts so that what happened last time did not happen again with him having to make multiple trips to the market over and over and over again. He would be more efficient this time around.

With teddy bear number ten completed, Kiyoshi would set him with the others before letting out a small sigh before climbing into his mobility suit and leaving his basement apartment workshop heading to the market to grab all the items, he would need for several future crafts with the hope that he would only be making one trip to the market this time and not have to be back for quite a while. Once he had everything, he needed Kiyoshi would return home to begin crafting something new but something he had been thinking about for a while now, a way to inject poison from a syringe that could be thrown if need to administer. some would call that idea crazy, but who know maybe someone would buy them. If not, then at the very least he would have them for himself to use.

Finishing the set of 10 Injection Darts, Kiyoshi would set them off to the side for the time being as he grabbed some of the supplies he had purchased from the market and began making teddy bear number eleven. Kiyoshi's mind was slowly wandering as he worked, this task becoming so medial that he was beginning to think he could craft the stuffed animal in his sleep at this point. Daydreaming of moving through the village at incredible speeds unlike which he had ever moved before as if he was zipping through the very air itself as he worked on the small teddy bear.

Kiyoshi would set teddy bear number eleven with the other ten teddy bears in the corner of the room before grabbing the very same materials once again to make yet another teddy bear stuffed animal. People were going to think him mad or possibly a child if they ever came into his workshop and see this ever-growing pile of stuffed animals sitting in the corner, but in all honesty, he did not care nor did he think anyone would ever be seeing the inside of his workshop either, so it didn't really matter. Kiyoshi would soon finish the simple bear and be able to move on to another more interesting project.

Kiyoshi would place number twelve with the rest and grab the materials to make another set of injection darts, as he began working his mind would once again wander as he started to think about the kind of poison's he would be keeping within them. He didn't know much about poison but he knew enough that he could come up with something even if it was just a little something that could giving him an advantage in a fight with his puppets somthing to slow down the target or make the fight harder for them at the very least.

Looking at the time as he finished the second set of ten injection darts, Kiyoshi realized that he had enough time to do two more stuffed animals and quickly grabbed the supplies to begin his work. It wasn't that these would take long or that he was in any hurry to get the teddy bears done, in all honesty he could probably take his time with them, but he was starting to grow tired and needed to get some rest, he had crafted quite a few items already and with the sun setting on the day knew that he should get some rest.

Teddy bear number thirteen was done and he was already moving on to number fourteen, Kiyoshi knew he didn't have the supplies to make the full twenty like he had planned due to the cost of the supplies for the other things he was planning on crafting, but he had enough for now and getting more supplies was a problem for another day. Working the plastic to form another set of eyes and nose before stuffing the polymer shell with the cotton and placing the eyes upon it looking at the completed bear that was exactly like all the rest, yet somehow different before placing them with the others and heading to bed.
