Feral Traits (Free): Ryuutei have natural weapons in the form of their retractable claws and fangs. These weapons are C-Rank quality and hardness and are retractable. Fangs are up to two inches long each and can retract to an inch in length. Claws are up to four inches long and can retract until their points barely overhang from their fingertips. They also have an improved sense of smell comparable to a feline, allowing for scent-based roleplay and a + to their Perception.
Monstrous Chakra (Free): Compared to other humans, Ryuutei are well known for their immense chakra reserves and stamina. This is due to the diluted Bijuu chakra floating through their networks, and it causes several side effects. Granting them + to their Stamina, and causing anyone that senses their chakra to feel something more akin to an animal or beast than a human.
Feral Progression (500 EXP): Some Ryuutei are born with abnormal amounts of the Bijuu chakra within them, generally due to their side of the family having cannibalized itself causing the diluted chakra to steadily build up within the branch until it was passed down and condensed into the character. This can also be acquired by eating large quantities of other Ryuutei, heavy chakra users (individuals with A-Rank or higher stamina), or Bijuu flesh. By doing so their raw chakra, as well as feral traits all are enhanced even further than normal. This grants the Ryuutei a further + to their Stamina and Perception, this cannot push these Stats to X-Rank.
Strong Lifeforce Level 3 (500 EXP total): The final stage of this clan as they gain another + towards Stamina, giving a total of 1 tier+ to Stamina. Uzumaki can regenerate up to 3 times in a topic on moderate level wounds for the cost of B (10) rank for each use; or spending all 3 uses to recover from 1 lethal wound at the cost of A (15) rank. However to heal from a lethal wound it will take 2 consecutive posts to completely heal. The member achieves longevity as their life span is doubled.
One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
700 EXP Debt: Raika starts with 700 extra EXP, and must pay off this debt before earning any spendable EXP.

Personality: Raika is extremely blunt and to the point when she deigns to talk, but is typically much more about action than words. She regards people who talk to much as being weak, or unable to back up their words with violence, until their words are backed up by violence. She is also wholly loyal to the Ryuutei Clan, as they're the ones who raised her and didn't kill her as a child when they had every reason to do so. Raika has no love for the Uzumaki clan, or most other clans in Kirigakure in general, considering them as potential competition unless there's a larger threat nearby. During danger, she reverts to an even more feral mental state, often attacking wildly but accurately at specific weak points like the neck, the stomach, the groin, or the joints of whatever the perceived danger is. While she will absolutely work with other Kirigakure ninja, she often considers them her lessers unless they prove their might to her in some way, but Raika isn't easily impressed. She also isn't the type to protect others unless they can prove to be a direct benefit to her, and she considers people who cannot protect themselves to be unworthy of protection from others, and those who can protect themselves not necessary for her to protect. Raika is anything but a people pleaser, and she is focused on her goal of becoming clan head of the Ryuutei clan, and through that position of strength, eventually becoming the Mizukage. She has little to no libido, despite her clothing.

Raika Ryuutei was born of an exceedingly rare coupling when a Named Ryuutei male managed to escape the Ryuutei clan's closely guarded breeding rules and chose to elope with a woman from the Uzumaki clan. In another rare event, they not only managed to conceive a child, the baby girl even managed to survive an entire year. It may be possible that Raika was able to survive only due to the fact that the Uzumaki clan has a great deal of longevity and powerful life force in order to counteract the deep roots of bijuu chakra that runs through the Ryuutei clan deep into their ancient past. Four years later, the Ryuutei clan managed to find the male that had managed to escape their clutches as well as his wife, and they slaughtered both adults, although they couldn't find the nearly infantile daughter they'd been raising in secret. After the assassin squad had left, Raika could only barely look after herself, and it only took a month before Raika allowed her Ryuutei senses to overwhelm her, and she began feasting on the half-rotted corpses of her parents to survive for much longer than one could have expected of a five year old. The Ryuutei had thought to leave the corpses behind as a warning to other members of the Ryuutei clan not to run off, but after two months, they chose to at least bury the corpses in shallow graves, as the meagre house they'd built out in the Kirigakure swamps could serve as an outpost or as a hidden house if they needed to avoid being slaughtered by any rival clans, rare as that might be.
It was then that they discovered the gore-covered Raika, who had survived only after feasting on her Uzumaki and Ryuutei parents. Having gone almost entirely feral and animalistic from near-starvation and with extremely little contact with other humans until that point, she tried to attack the clean-up crew. At first, the Ryuutei considered murdering the feral child, but one of the female Council Seats spoke up in her defense as potentially being stronger than most Ryuutei stock, and should therefore be allowed back into the Ryuutei clan, in secret, with the Councilwoman taking on the role of her adoptive mother until Raika could actually earn her name in the usual way, at which time they would reveal the secrets of her birth and childhood to her and give her the bones of her parents to serve as her first weapons.
- Naming:
Raika was given the number Zero, as she wasn't considered a "real" Ryuutei. Even the Councilwoman agreed with this number. Eventually, Zero learned to control her feral instincts and focus her attention in order to hold back on her more animalistic urges, and when she did, she was found to have even higher stamina than some of the other Ryuutei, often outlasting them in combat despite her sometimes having to train with some of the older children. Finally, when she reached the age of 16, Zero was given a chance to take another warrior's life: an Uzumaki teen that had just graduated from the Academy of Kirigakure had just run away from the village in fear of being called to war with Iwagakure, thus deserting the village. The clan had requested and received the contract to kill the Uzumaki teen, and Zero was given the job of finding and then killing the boy. After almost an entire day of tracking him through the misty swampy terrain of Kirigakure, she found a dilapidated old shack out in the swamp, one that seemed vaguely familiar to Zero. She found him inside, whimpering and fearful; he hadn't eaten for at least three days by that point, but Zero insisted that he try to fight. It didn't matter that he tried to pull out a kunai to defend himself, as Zero went straight for his neck, ripping it out with her teeth while her claws ripped his arm to shreds. It took her a short while to devour his flesh, but once she was done, she took what remained of him back to the Ryuutei compound, leaving his head exposed for confirmation of her kill. As they promised on the day they brought her back to the Ryuutei compound when she was five, the true circumstances of her birth were revealed to her. She also discovered that the boy had not just been part of her mother's clan; he had been her half-brother, from the Uzumaki woman's previous marriage to someone else in the Uzumaki clan. Despite this gruesome discovery of her past, she accepted taking the bones of her parents instead of the bones of her half-brother as her first. She discovered after looking through their personal belongings that they had actually named her after her first year of survival: Raika Uzumaki had been the choice her parents made. Thus Raika Ryuutei named herself.

- Raika pauses for just a moment in her taijutsu assault, her eyes staring daggers into her poor target while her claws were like daggers themselves, fingers twitching with the desire to rip him apart with a few quick swipes of her arms. Her tongue snakes out from between her sharp teeth, drags over her lips and tastes blood that had dripped from her nose; that last punch had clearly fractured it. She hadn't even felt the cartilage break in her insane rage, but now that she knew she'd been hit, her fury grew even greater. Her tongue slips back into her mouth from between her teeth, careful not to bite down on it with her fangs. Oh, Raika was mad, all right.

Even before she finishes the final sentence, she's already launching herself forwards, focusing chakra into the bottoms of her feet to enhance her speed in a single direction; straight at her opponent, on all fours like a real feral animal. Her teeth are bared and her claws are ready, and with a final push off the ground, she twists her left hand to strike upwards, aiming to slice through the clothing and then continue upwards towards her opponent's chin, with the claws digging through the softer lower palette and hook in to keep her target in place while her right thrust forwards with wild speed, fingers straight and claws pointed forwards to aim a strike right to the center of her opponent's chest. Should the strike with her left hand actually hit her opponent's jaw, the right hand would likely ram straight through his heart, ending the fight right away, as she was putting in enough force behind that strike to go straight through the sternum and even ribs to reach the final target. As long as one of those strikes hit, she was a winner. She swings back around to her left to avoid any potential counterattack should either of her strikes miss, landing back on all fours with her claws digging into the ground, ready to launch herself forwards for another powerful strike, should that be necessary.
