As this defensive technique is strengthening not only the skin but every part of the body including the metabolism, it acts as if it increases the constitution (only for the purpose of resisting damage, poisons, etc...)
An unique aspect of it is however that the affected person still feels pain equivalent to their normal constitution.

Description: Adam control the nanites in a ways that they will target nerves while assimilating an enemy first. This way they cant feel the damage that is done to them from the inside until S rank constitution damage is archieved.
If affected enemies move out of a 150 meter radius of the user or seal, the nanites will stop functioning, giving the affected player an overview of the damage that was dealt up to this point, however the overload of information by the pain at once, can knock players uncontious.

Description: Harbinger of the Legion is the name of a seal that allows the user to transfer chakra, allow freeform manipulation 70 meters around the seal and keep up control over his nanites in a 150 meter radius around the seal.
Additionally it can be used to transver nanites from the user (for excample Kanara or Adam) to the position of the seal if wanted. (only nanites, this is not propper teleportation)
This seal can also act as a remote control for his puppets, should Adam or another user use his magnetism to control the puppets.
Weaknesses: Can be unsealed with proper techniques.
