Newbie Meet and Greet

Keita was currently in the strange land known as the Heavenly Emprorium, and he was currently heading to a large swath of restaurants that also included food courts of every make and model. There could be any number of fine dining experiences, and Keita could not wait to stuff his face over there. However, he was a polite young man, and there were some people that he was waiting for, as he had invited a couple of genin in the village to join him in the area for some fun and socializing. Keita stretched his body out while sitting there, watching the people walking around and talking. He was currently sitting on a bench, and he had given the people a description of himself, and his hair was a pretty dead giveaway if they wanted to find him.

He was looking around, wondering what he wanted to eat first, and also wondered what the people that were going to show up, hopefully at least, were like. He was going to try and get along with everyone as best as he could, but he would not simply give people good treatment and respect if they did not give it to them, he was a bit too old for that childish behavior at this point. He had been waiting for a couple of minutes, but he was really patient and a bit stubborn, so he would probably be sitting here for a few hours after he realized that no one was coming, just based on principle.

Daiko scratches his head, looking down at the eloquently written message that was given to him by a fellow Kirigakure genin. The handwriting was good... Almost too good. Rubbing his chin, he decided that it would be best not to leave the writer of this note waiting too long.

Making his way to The Heavenly Emporium, he was on the lookout. The description in the note had stated that the man he was looking for had green and white hair, and wore spectacles. That was about all Daiko knew.

The first thing that he noticed upon making it to the area that they were meant to meet was the smell. Good lord... The smell was almost unimaginable. It was hard to believe that mere hours ago he had found himself cleaning up refuse when he could've been spending his time here. Stopping quickly before meeting up with the rest of the group, he quickly grabs two takoyaki spears, holding one in each hand. After having paid he made his way over to the meeting spot a bit faster. He didn't want to be the last one to arrive because he had stopped for a snack.

Only a dozen paces away from an awe-inspiring bench, Daiko noticed that the man was looking around at the different food spots. Was Daiko... Supposed to wait? He didn't read anything in the letter about needing to group up before eating, so he decided that he'd salvage this situation as best he could. Making his way up to the green-haired man, Daiko made his presence known. "Ayyyyyyyyoooo." Daiko waved his right hand, which held the half-eaten spear of street food. "Thanks for the invite to this place. I got you a little something." Daiko offered the spear that he hadn't touched to the guy, who by the looks of it was his elder. Though he was happy to share, he secretly hoped that the man would decline his offer. "My name's Daiko. We still waiting on some people?"

Whatever played out next would likely end with Daiko taking a seat next to Keita, hopefully being able to make a decent enough introduction.

Moving quietly through the crowds of people who littered the streets of The Heavenly Emporium, Akane's gaze danced around as she looked for a male with a head full of green and white hair. She was to meet this male along with a few others for a sort of gathering that from what she understood by the letter sent would be full of new genin for the most part. When she first received the letter she wasn't sure if she should come but her mother assured her that making new friends would be in her best interests. Not one to go against her mother's wishes she accepted the invitation and soon found herself staring directly at the male she was supposed to meet along with another. Ever since she had stepped foot in The Heavenly Emporium she was filled with awe. It was her first time out of Kirigakure and this place seemed like something out of a fairytale. She was more than happy that she was asked to come by her uncle as he had some business to attend to and managed to talk her mother into letting him bring her along for the ride.

"Don't get into any trouble kiddo." Was the last words she heard from her uncle before she was allowed to depart on her own and considering she had her own plans today she didn't expect to get into any trouble."He should be around here somewhere" As those words fell from her mouth and not a moment sooner did she spot a male that fit the bill. Sitting on A bench were two males, one with a shock of green and white hair who orchestrated this little get-together, and another darker-haired male. Putting on a friendly smile the Redhead moved towards the two until she was an arm's length away. "Hello, my name is Akane. I got an invitation to join you and a few others. It's nice to meet you both." A simple introduction from the Redhead in the black dress which looked a little intricate with its buckles and straps, should have sufficed. It looked like she wasn't the first to show up but she also wasn't the last which was a relief. Even though the two were sitting she opted to stand, though she moved a bit to stand more towards the darker hair male's side in case she was blocking anyone's view of their host.

Finding himself a strange land known as the Heavenly Emporium, Kizmaru had wondered why he even traveled to this strange land. He had to admit, it was quite the modern day city and he was feeling a bit overwhelmed with the sights and the attractions going on here. He wasn't sure what he would be doing or if he'd decide to make plans for anything so he figured he'd just aimlessly wander around for the time being. The five foot, eleven brown skinned Hoshigaki had placed both of his hands into his pockets, walking through the city till he remembered one of the genin orchestrated a meetup between as many as the genin as possible. At least, most of the older ones. He was quite surprised there were even that many of them since he was slightly embarrassed of his own age and still ranked Genin. Recalling the general area they were supposed to meet up in, Kizmaru wasted no time in traveling to that particular destination until he made it. Looking around, he'd keep his eyes peeled for anything that looks like a gathering of Kirigakure shinobi. Eventually, he had made it to his destination, spotting a group of three colluding with each other.

Giving a shrug, he walked over towards the three of them with his hands still in his pockets. He'd look them up and down, trying to find some sort of indication they were indeed Kirigakure shinobi. He'd then simply give a casual introduction of himself saying, "hey guys, don't know if I'm at the right place but I'm Kizmaru, nice to meet you all." He 'd then wait for a reply before deciding on what to do next.

It seemed the Emporium was a venue Kutari had the most experience with amongst the group as he made various trips here and back thanks to the complicated arrangement between his family. Truthfully he loathed the city as it only reminded him of relentless hours appeasing his elders seemingly against his will, and featured a notorious background of high class shops for the prestigious. Though there was one attraction the brown haired Kaguya loved without any question: food. The sheer amount of variety the city had to offer cultivated the man into something of a foody in due time, and though his parents attempted to buy exquisite tastes as a gesture of forgiveness for their wrongdoings he enjoyed what the restaurants had to offer big and small.

This reality would be the driving force as to his presence in the Emporium that day, and why he’d be the last to arrive at the marked location, having happily lost track of time and amassing a great deal of treats and light meals in preparation for the main courses later on. The group would find the 6 feet tall male with a lanky figure carrying two stuffed bags of food in each hand, plastic wrapped treats loosely hanging out indicating the spending venture which took place. The gleeful smile that hung across his face would be slightly covered by an unfinished grilled chicken kebab stick as he couldn’t reach the end given his occupation, yet it was clear where his mind lied for when he was free of his restraints.

With some common sense and the group of people lingering beside one another in anticipation, he made his way towards the group in haste, his first action placing the bags on the ground and finishing the meal in his mouth before his first interaction with the group, “A pleasure to meet you all, I’m Kutari. I’m sure I’ll catch all of your names in due time, but for now I have an array of pleasantries handpicked from this city I’m sure you’d all enjoy, what say you all wish to migrate to some benches and tables around the corner to appreciate the cuisines here? I know just the place that fits the bill, if we're not expecting anyone else.”

If the group agreed to kick rocks and start heading out, he’d begin to lead them a short distance around the streets to a public yet conspicuous seating area that had low levels of activity where they could sit and chat while deciding what to do with the day at hand.

Keita was waiting, and luckily did not need to wait very long after the appointed time before a person headed over to him and introduced themselves. They said that their name was Daiko, and they had two skewers, one in each hand, making it seem like he was quite hungry before the actual meet and greet. Keita did not mind, however, as he did not specify anything in the note about exactly what they were going to do, so it did not matter to him whether they wanted to grab some snacks on the way. The stuff in this particular food court looked and smelled really good, and Keita could not blame them. The young man that walked up to him offered one of the skewers, and Keita declined immediately. "No thank you, I'm going to wait and eat something more substantial with everyone." Keita would respond to him, not wanting to ruin his appetite with any sort of snack that was here. For him, he would grab some snacks when he was going to leave instead of eating all the snacks here.

"I know it said in the letter, but I'm Tetsujin Keita, nice to meet you." he would finish introducing himself to the first person, and his personality would make him do the same thing over and over again when new people showed up, as he was very diligent and felt that he needed to make a good impression with everyone and it seemed that there was some sort of responsibility he had to himself to do so. This was demonstrated as more and more people started to show up and he would introduce himself to them all in turn. The second person that showed up was a good looking woman that introduced herself as Akane. They did not get a surname, but that was fine, as Keita was unsure if anyone other than himself was going to fully introduce themselves, and he wondered if he was being a bit too formal. He did not really care about any of that, and simply introduced himself as he did earlier. "Hello Akane, I'm Tetsujin Keita, it's nice to meet you." Keita would say, and soon there would be a repeat of this two more times.

The third person was a man named Kizmaru, and Keita lightly bowed to him as well and greeted him. "I'm Tetsujin Keita, nice to meet you, and yes, this is the correct place." Keita would say, before the seemingly last person walked over to join them. Keita was unsure exactly how many people he sent messages to, as he simply kept writing to every genin, but there had to be some sort of limit, and this was fine with Keita. The last person was a person walking with a large amount of snacks from the various shops around and was offering it to people. He also had a bit more eloquence in his words than normal people that he had witnessed, and then Keita diligently introduced himself to this person as well. "Hello Kutari, I'm Tetsujin Keita, nice to meet you. Getting a table or two sounds good, let's head over there." Keita would say, offering the newly introduced man to lead the way.

Daiko had seated down next to the man, quickly munching on his snack to finish it off before everyone else started to show up. Slowly but surely everyone had arrived in a timely fashion, one after the other. With each greeting, Daiko would give a peace sign or a wave, keeping in mind their name as well as having the courtesy to tell them his own. "Nice to meet you, I'm Daiko." He then turns his attention to Kutari, who had seemingly mentioned more food. At around the same time as anyone else would've, Daiko would have stood up at an easy pace, looking to see where they would take him.

There were a grand selection of shops and places to eat around here, and Daiko had underestimated how much he would actually enjoy the cuisine here. He wasn't really a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination, so he figured he would let whoever spoke up first pick where they were to go eating. Walking to a nearby waste bin, Daiko would throw out the finished skewers that he had eaten prior, and stretch his arms out above his head. "So, where we headin'?"

After she was greeted by Keita, one by one the group filled in, looking like a group of rag-tag friends rather than shinobi from a village. The first to show up after she did was a person who introduced himself as Kizmaru. He seemed sort of laid back with his hands in his pockets, to Akane he gave off a very blase vibe and she could appreciate that sort of toned-down attitude. She gave him a kind smile as a gesture of goodwill or at least to show she wasn't off-putting and unapproachable. Having to meet so many people at once was exciting for Akane. She hardly got to interact with others outside of her family so she was very excited about today. Soon after Kizmaru's arrival, another person showed up in front of the group, and he introduced himself as Kutari. To Akane, Kutari seemed like a real leader or at least seemed comfortable taking charge. Yes, it was certainly a bundle of different personalities here but they all seemed nice.

Once greetings were out of the way she would follow Kutari to the seating area since he had already taken charge of that upon his arrival. She was very hungry, having not eaten anything due to the contents of the letter she assumed they would be eating and she didn't wanna fill up on breakfast before this little get-together. The bags that Kutari had made her curious as she wondered what sort of delicious things were inside of them. A silent growl from her stomach caused her to curse herself for not eating at least something but she would stick it out until food came her way.

The shadows of the buildings would seem to loom ever closer to the group as the dark haired swordsman arrived. His black silk kimono trimmed in black satin with the Kirigakure symbol upon the back in the same satin material upon his form. Sandals and a red sash where his Hai no Ha was tucked. He stood at about 5'4 although that was the last time he checked and he might have gotten taller still. His deep red eyes would take in the group, his edginess greater than all of them. Okay not really, shadows of buildings didn't really loom, and he wasn't really all that edgy. His appearance was correct though and his shoulder length black hair would be the only thing to add. His hair had stood vertical at one point but it had finally grown enough to lose its valiant battle against gravity and had finally fallen. He was growing a bit of facial hair and all in all he looked like some sort of dark, noble, swordsman. He came upon a location with a multitude of genin from his own village seemed to be convening.

He moved over to the group just in time to hear introductions and he would move toward the group, his red eyes curiously taking in all of the faces he had never seen before. When he arrived at the group he would take a moment to ensure he was noticed before speaking. His voice somewhat quiet, but politely. "Hello, my name is Valen Minamoto. I've never seen any of you in the village before. It's a pleasure to meet so many other Kirigakure shinobi. What are you all doing?" He would ask, his tone curious and his head tilting to one side at the end of his question.

Another person had appeared at this meeting spot shortly after he did and introduced himself to the rest of the group. He referred to himself as Kutari and nothing more which was fine with Kizmaru. Now that he thought about it, he didn't really know the names of the others that had arrived before him, simply because of the time he appeared. He wouldn't dwell on that fact since he's sure opportunities will arise later when the time comes but for now, he wouldn't ask them to say their names a second time. After a bit, the one who organized the meet up had told all of them his name was Tetsujin Keita. Another one had introduced himself as Daiko so his worry of having to hear their names again was unfounded. Another member of this group was a young woman that gave him a smile. Kizmaru had returned the smile a bit half heartedly as he didn't want to seem too eager.

One last individual had shown up who introduced himself as Valen Minamoto. He assumed this was another genin that had been invited to the meetup and nodded when he introduced himself. Since the last two individuals had shown up and didn't hear him say his name, he figured he'd greet them and introduce himself once more. "Hey guys, for those that just appeared, the name's Kizmaru, pleasure to meet you all," he said, with his hands still in his pockets. Overall, he was glad he was at the right place and wondered what activities the group would be doing. Hopefully, it was something to eat since heh ad skipped breakfast in order to be good and hungry for the meetup.

With the new member to their posse and a reintroduction from the entire cast, Kutari would nod with a half parted smile as he guided the group to the promised location a short distance away. He’d gesture to Valen to follow as well, answering the new recruit through the trip they take. A few minutes of walking would take place as Kutari led the assault, appreciating the scenery and refraining from speaking unless spoken to.

Soon the group would cut into a well hidden door decorated with an abundance of flowers and plants around the frame, leading them to an alley cafe strip with overhead lights extending far as the eye can see. There’d be a conglomerate of tables with various chairs nearby for a generalized seating area that had very few occupants due to the strip having a low amount of people in comparison to the main streets. The area would be nice and quiet as promised, and Kutari would take a seat and expect the others to do the same as he’d reach out to the host of the gathering after sitting, “So Keita, did you have any plans in store for us today at all? What should we do while we’re here?”

Kutari would sit the bags on top of his table as he began to fumble through its contents for a treat that caught his eye, inviting the others around to help themselves if they so chose.

Post 2

A new visitor suddenly appeared, and Keita was still undure how many of these people actually got the invitations he had sent and how many simply saw a group starting to form and wanted to say hello, so he would not bother with that anymore and simply greet the newcomer. "Hello Valen, I'm Keita Tetsujin, nice to meet you. Also, we're just here hanging out and having a good chat really, feel free to join us." Keita would say, before continuing to follow Kutari.

As tyhe group followed Kutari around a corner to see where they were headed they were greeted with the wonderful site of a quaint little outdoor cafe with string lights and lots of flowers and other plants. It made the feeling around them fairly refreshing and nice to sit around. The smells of the plants around the area were nice, as well as the fast that there were essentially no one else sitting at these tables, it was off of the beaten path after all. Keita soon found a seat alongside the others, when Kutari posed the question about if he had any plans for everyone. Keita could be pretty impulsive sometimes, and so he did not really have any particular reason to bring them here, just to hang out and gain some new friends.

"Honestly I just wanted to come and hang out with other Kiri ninja, making new friends, having fun, that sort of thing. So if any of you have any ideas for something fun we could do after eating, I'm all ears." Keita would say, befgore helping himself to a small bag of strange tube shaped chips that was a part of Kutari's offering.

Daiko stretched out, noticing at once that there was a new person among the group. He had said that his name was Valen. The guy didn't look to be too old, though it was notable to Daiko that he definitely had a look about him. Not in a bad way, or in any way that would give Daiko any insight on to what kind of person he was, just... A look. "Hey, nice to meet ya man. Welcome."

Taking a moment to gather in what everyone was saying, Daiko stayed silent for a minute, giving anyone who might have a better idea than he does to speak up first. "Well. I have a few ideas on things we might be able to do. This place is... Pretty massive." As a point, Daiko looked up and around before bringing his gaze back upon the group that was standing in this common area. "We could probably find some sort of... I don't know..." Daiko trailed off for a second, scratching his chin. "Games to play? Are there any skill games? Or other things like that?" Looking around, he tried to gather whether or not that was a good idea based on the expressions of those around him. "I would be just as content sitting here eating all day if we're being honest."

She thought everyone that was supposed to be here was here, but with the new arrival of a man who called himself Valen, she found herself making introductions once again. Akane at this point would keep an open mind about who else could show up, even with the group now situated in a different area. Her attention shifted to Daiko as he suggested games be played, something skill-based. Akane didn't really know any such games off the top of her head so she kept quiet. In her own thoughts now, Akane wondered if they were to play a game what game would the group pick? She hoped it would have something to do with moving around and getting physical.

Lost in her own thoughts the redhead didn't even realize that two waitresses from the cafe had approached the table. One of the waitresses was shorter than the other with long black hair and piercing red eyes. The other maid was a lot taller with short white hair and soft blue eyes. The two were the equivalent of night and day. The white-haired waitress spoke up first asking would they like anything to drink while the black-haired waitress set down menus in front of everyone. Akane managed to whisper out a thank you as her menu was placed in front of her, looking down at its contents before she decided to speak up. "We should eat first before that I think. Or we could play a game while eating if there is one that doesn't require us to move from here for now. "

Introductions would go around and Valen would nod at each of them in turn, acknowledging their names as each one did. He was still somewhat surprised to see so many Kirigakure shinobi here and had not been aware there had been so many fellow genin around. Overall it seemed there wasn't a particular plan involved, just the intent to hand out and get to know everyone and see where things went. That was simply enough and Kutari would actually show them all to a beautiful furnished cafe with plenty of space. It was located off the beaten path as it were and as such had yet to get busy and filled up. Sitting down at the table he would listen to the conversation. He knew of a game they could all play and it wasn't too terribly far away. Some however wanted to eat first it would seem. A simple enough proposition and who knew, perhaps after eating they wouldn't even want to play anymore. Still though Valen would speak up, confirming the existence of the game Daiko seemed to want. "I know of at least one skill based game not far from here. It's in a building, up to three people can play at once and it's a competition to get across the building and back with various rules and obstacles one has to follow. The first of which being 'Don't break the equipment' and the second one being 'don't touch the floor'." He would say as the two waitresses arrived.

Valen's eyes would take in both of them, one shorter with long black hair and red eyes while the taller one had short white hair and eyes of soft blue. Both were attractive, as waitresses seemed to tend to be. When everyone had a menu Valen would look toward one of the waitresses and speak. "I'll pay for everyone's time here." He would say, simultaneously informing the waitresses to bring him the bill as well as telling everyone there that he would cover the tab. He had no real need of the money personally and so he might as well use it to facilitate this group up that seemed to have brought together so many genin at once place.

It seems like everybody who was invited gathered here for some sort of get together to get to know each other. Nothing out of the ordinary as far as he knew. One of the group members had expressed they should eat, followed by one of them saying they were indeed hungry. The one known as Kutari had begun to lead the way towards some sort of café in an alleyway to where the entire group seemingly followed so Kizmaru didn't have much of a choice but to follow as well. Being led to the restaurant, Kizmaru used what little time he had from the walk in order to observe his surroundings. He didn't really get to take in too much as it all seemed the same to him and eventually he shrugged it off as they arrived at the café.

Being seated, Kizmaru decided that he would silently go through the menu to see what tickled his fancy for the time being. The person whose name was Valen had expressed that he was paying for everybody's time here so Kizmaru didn't have to worry too much about the bill. He'd chip in if the need arises but for now, he'd wait and see. Shifting through the menu, he had heard some of the group mentioning about playing games and what not and Valen knew a pretty decent game that would test their skills in some way, shape or form. Kizmaru was all for it in all honesty as he saw the opportunity for training potential.

Having taken his seat and begun to dig into the delicious treats packed away for the short journey, Kutari would idly listen in on the conversation taking place before him and make little attempt to chime in, casually absorbing the ideas being constructed regarding the tasks the group could do to pass the time and break the ice so to speak. Despite the objectively senseless babbling that ensued amongst them, it provided a pleasant ambience to Kutari's psyche as he toyed with the foil package of a batch of sweet crackers; the presence of company a welcome addition to his otherwise lonesome daily activities.

"Personally, I wouldn't mind sitting this one out and cheering on the competitors from the sidelines. Something tells me I won't be too keen on providing my undivided attention to this game," Kutari would calmly note to those in earshot, his relaxed state of being an immovable obstacle tightly securing him to the comforts of a well sewed seat cushion. "Judging by all of our answers, I'd reckon it'd be an interesting ordeal between Kizmaru, Valen and Daiko...if the contestants are up to it?" He'd inquire on whether the three man roster would lock in their choice to partake in this endeavor and solidify the afternoon plans for the posse.

Keita had sat down and was simply enjoying the snacks that were given out, although he himself was thinking about going over to one of the stalls and getting a skewer of meat and onions, that sounded pretty great. The small snacks were enough to satiate him for the moment, however, as the group talked about what they were going to do. The woman Akane suggested that they eat first, and Keita nodded, obviously hungry with the amount of snacks that he had shoveled into his mouth when the suggestion was made. Daiko wanted to play some sort of skill game, and although Keita was up for anything and would try his best, he was unlike all of these shinobi here. He had gone through the basic academy training, but then he focused almost entirely on expanding his knowledge and learning how to craft things, so he was very rusty on his already only adequate skills. He didn't really mind making a fool of himself though, as he was not one to dwell on things like embarrassment. It seemed like most of them were interested in the game that Valen suggested, the only one being out of it was Kutari, saying that he would prefer to sit out because he couldn't give his full attention to the game.

After Keita finished the food that was in his mouth, he decided to speak when no one else was, as he was focused on being courteous to all of them. "I definitely want to eat first, but a balance based game sounds fun, even if I don't think I'll be very good at it." Keita would say, shrugging a bit but having a big grin on his face. After he said that, he would excuse himself from the table and go towards the kebab shop he had seen nearby so that he could grab food. He tried to be aa bit quick about it, so he wouldn't miss too much.

Finding his way to a seat where they were ordering food, Daiko takes a moment to stretch out and take in the scenery. It seemed that though he had gotten an appetizer early, there was still food and merriment to be had. That was a good thing. Glancing around shortly, Daiko looks around to see different waitresses zooming around the foyer and the maître d' looking ever so impatient. Even though business here seemed booming, it seemed that overzealous expectations were common anywhere that a shinobi could do. Hmn.

Cracking his knuckles, Daiko notices that Valen, the man whom they'd just met, seemed to be paying for the tab. That was nice, though... Daiko was a bit upset. Even though it was an extremely generous thing to do, Daiko always felt that whenever someone would be paying for his food that he would be obligated to order something that would be... More affordable than the general things that he would purchase for himself, even if it was just for a single meal. Oh well. Taking a quick glance at the menu, Daiko's mind was adrift while he focused on different foods that he could potentially shove down his gullet, as well as the details that Valen had been explaining about the different rules and such of the obstacle course. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. Plus, you aren't supposed to touch the floor.

The two waitresses would nod at his words of payment and Valen would proceed to obtain a menu and begin to peruse the listings of food. The young swordsman had read that people tended to order more cheaply when told someone else was buying because they felt uncomfortable. Which seemed odd to Valen but still he could assuage it by ordering openly himself. Valen couldn't complain about what they ordered if they ordered something that cost less than what he did. He perused the menu, searching for the most expensive thing on the menu before shrugging and handing the menu back. "Just put in an order for two of everything. Anything we don't eat you as the staff can eat or donate it or whatever. Soda to drink for me please." He would say looking around bored. He had seen the prices on the menu and could afford the large amount of food with ease given that he didn't use his money for anything else. The waitresses would nod their heads, surprised at the turn of events before looking around to get more drink orders.

With the massive food order placed Valen would turn toward the rest of the group before hearing the call of a messenger bird from the window. Turning toward it he would see the symbol of Kirigakure upon the back of it's scroll case. Moving toward it he would read the contents to see that he was ordered home. Apparently he was going to be looked at possible promotion. Turning back to the group he would shrug apologetically. "I've gotta go it seems, but don't worry, I'll take care of the bill." He would say, moving toward the man running the place and doing just that. Paying for everything he had ordered for all of them to share. With that he would turn and leave immediately, moving to head back to Kirigakure at his best speed.

Finally the waitresses had came around and began to take the orders of the large party that had been seated. Kizmaru decided to distract himself from the groups chatting and banter and take a look at the menu. he could really go for some kind of meaty dish whether it was fish or beef, leaning towards the beef more. As he was deciding which one to pick over all, he had heard Valen say something about the group being able to get two orders of whatever they want and he'd pay for the meal. With that, all of Kizmaru's reservations of having to pick one or the other disappeared. So, Valen had picked all of the options on the menu which means all Kizmaru had to do was reach for the dishes he wanted and then some.

After Valen had placed the order, Kizmaru decided it was time for him to wait patiently for the food to come. All of a sudden, a messenger bird had appeared from out of Kizmaru's line of sight and traveled towards Valen. Studying his face, it seems something urgent came up and Valen had to leave abruptly. This made Kizmaru wonder what was going on but he was also still quite hungry so he decided he would wait until the food arrived. Moments later, the two waitresses came back and delivered their food. Kizmaru immediately made a grab for the dishes he wanted to eat the most. After he had eaten most of the food he wanted to get, he was wondering what message Valen got and decided to make an excuse to leave as well in order to follow behind him.

Everything was going pretty well, and Keita was glad that everyone was having a good time here, eating snacks and talking to each other. It seemed, however, that this would not last forever, as soon someone had to get up and leave. This was the person that asked for them to go and perform the game of skill in the first place, so Keita found it strange, but there was nothing that could be done about the current situation it seemed, as the man immediately excused himself and left. Keita was the curious type, but simply bid him farewell as he left. It seemed that he had gotten an urgent message from someone and had to leave quite quickly, and so there was one less person. This also did not help that it seemed like to of the people there were a bit disinterested in what was going on, and so they were not really actively participating in anything. The meeting sort of slowed down, and this was only worsened by the act of Kizmaru, who also got up and excused himself before leaving. With few people left and even fewer being active, it seemed that suddenly this little get together was shot and was essentially dead.

Keita put on a slightly embarrassed smile, and wondered if he had done anything wrong for what was essentially a party to suddenly die on his watch like that, but there was nothing he could do about it. He decided to end it here and leave, as any efforts to liven it up again would most likely feel forced and a little cringe. "Well everyone, thank you all for coming, but it seems that we should end out little get together here. I hoped it was at least satisfactory, and I also hope to see you all again soon." Keita would say, before also excusing himself and heading out. He wasn't really sure where he was going to go, but decided that simply exploring the place a little more wouldn't be too bad, since there were tons of things to do.
