Kimiko rested, her back pressed to the headstone of Akihiro Uchiha. She knew his body wasn't present, but she'd made sure a marker was put in the cemetery so she had a place to visit and feel like she was with him.
Since his death, she'd withdrawn quite a bit, not showing around in public very often, keeping herself shut in her house for days and leaving the house using some Flying Thunder God markings, returning much the same. Transformation jutsu more or less made her unnoticeable.
Right now though, she was her normal self. Having more or less resigned as a Konoha Jounin for the time being, Kimiko was on indefinite leave, so she didn't wear the Konoha uniform. She couldn't serve the nation that had killed her fiance, it was hard enough to keep her loyalty to her clan. The Uchiha clan had secretly all turned on their leader, keeping it a secret from her as well, obviously not trusting her as much as she'd trusted them in the past. It had severely shaken her loyalty to the clan, but she still stayed.
It was hard. Some days she didn't know what she was still doing here, finding herself wondering why she hadn't just left the village and the clan, but other days she could forget that she was mad at the clan. If someone attacked the compound, she'd protect the Uchiha, but she didn't care about the rest of the village anymore.
Kimiko wore a black qipao, and a pair of black sandals. Not a high effort outfit, but she didn't care all that much either. She was only here to symbolically stay close to Akihiro. Her Mangekyou were out, something she'd been experimenting with a little, but for the most part, Kimiko was still unaware of what they did. A higher level of the base Sharingan, the Mangekyou provided some special abilities, but Kimiko's knowledge of it was very limited.
She was primarily trying to focus on bringing out the Susano'o, an ability she'd seen of Satomi's, wanting to know what hers was like.
