After manifesting the Complete Body — Susanoo, Satomi is able to create several, large projectiles shaped like his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan which he imbues with Kamui. The shuriken are then launched by Susanoo, rapidly spinning towards the intended target before cutting and instantly warping them into Kamui's dimension on contact. Using both eyes, Sato at will, can manipulate the Shuriken to phase through attacks till they reach its target and detonates. This causes an massive implosion from a single shuriken. Easily covering 50 meters. The Susanoo can throw Six Shurikens at once.

A complete discovery by the Professor Satomi. Finding new ways to push the boundaries of his martial arts. The primary focus of this style is to move around fast and to land one strike. This allows Sato to move faster than his opponents to evade attacks and move as close possible to land a one or two single powerful blows. Since this style is so primarily focused on a single attack, it does not have many techniques. Focusing mainly on determining a fight within a single action. 2 tiers to Speed.

Description:
When both eyes' Kamui are used on the same target, whether by a single user or two users working together, thins technique can be used. Two Kamui can be generated separately to achieve a unified purpose: Satomi uses the left Kamui to synchronize with any other space time ninjutsu used near him. Then uses the right Kamui to teleport to its associated dimension or location.
Weaknesses:

Kamui Shuriken: How are the shuriken able to explode? What's the mechanism of explosian?

Phantom Fist: Activation Cost should be 30

Kamui Synchronization: he teleportation speed is doubled - What does this mean? How is the speed doubled? What unit of measurement is being used to gauge its speed

This technique was used by Kakashi and mechanics behind it weren’t really explained but it was how it was used. But I changed it from explosion to implosion. That better explains what it does, just like the left eye capability.
