After having wiped out the bandits at their camp just a near week ago, the remaining bandit groups had decided to merge their efforts together to block all traffic getting into and out of Iwagakure no Sato, and this meant the all-important importation and exportation of supplies. Shin had received word of their efforts late last night and was informed he would be needed to take care of them. The timeframe he was given was within three days of the notice being given, anything longer would hurt the functioning of businesses within the village that relied upon these supplies arriving and leaving the village. Shin, once more, found himself at the village gates. He figured this would become a more common occurrence when he began to take on more missions. The more dangerous and important missions he would need to take on would likely make him venture further away from Iwagakure no Sato. He had been lucky, he supposed, that ever since his return he never was required to leave the village. Today, like a few days ago, he would be leaving, yet the village walls would always be within his sightlines.
As he would walk forward, further away from Iwa, the bandits would all become aware of the presence of a single individual walking towards them. They would all begin to prepare themselves for a confrontation, much like Shin was currently mentally preparing himself for how to quickly and effectively handle them all. Figuring it was best to simply get rid of them all… and by rid, he meant kill, with as few techniques as possible, meant that he would need to utilize the high ranked ones he could remember off the top of his head. Stopping a greater distance away from the bandits, about one hundred meters, Shin would quickly begin to form the required hand seals for the jutsu he had in mind. Rat, ox, dog, horse, monkey, boar and tiger were the set Shin formed and upon completion, Shin would expel the flames from his mouth, a stream of intense flames would shoot out, engulfing everything before him, which included the bandits and all the equipment they had with them – their wooden roadblocks, tents, weapons. Shin would let the stream keep flow until he was sure they were dead. Screams could be heard escaping the vicinity and once they would die out, Shin would finally let the stream of flames releasing from his mouth come to an end. Once the flames died out and the area cleared of smoke, Shin would be met with the site of everything being wiped out, burnt corpses littering the road. When no survivors would be spotted, Shin would turn back to the village to return and report that the roadblock had been taken care of.
