Seeing as Black Lightning's Speed is one tier below the user's Coordination, if this is going to be faster, it can be the same as the user's Coordination. Being a full tier faster than the user's Coordination will make this technique far too fast.

I love this part, and it's what I think merits White Lightning for a Speed boost. How long does this charge last? I think three posts is a good limit before the charge runs out. Also, I feel like if the object or person is struck with White Lightning they can negate that "charge" by having Raiton run through their body (similar to how Sasuke zapped himself with Chidori to deactivate Deidara's Nano-sized bombs.)



Lastly, since White Lightning is going to be faster and have the static ability, I feel like it should be weaker compared to Black Lightning, which is slower and is pretty straightforward. You can keep it two ranks stronger than Earth, however, against Wind and all other elements it should be considered neutral against it, instead of being one rank stronger to all other elements like Black Lightning was.

I don't see anything wrong with this technique as it stands right now from what I've read. I will get a second opinion from another Moderator before I pass this, since it alone is a very powerful synergy of White and Black lightning.

Interesting concept. In order to have your Raiton mimic another element's properties, however, you will need to have that element as a Prerequisite.

Red Lightning- The separation of water is the reason for the elemental interaction changes, and not a way for this technique to disperse any Suiton, right?

Blue Lightning- Since this doesn't use Suiton as the basis for its changes, you'll need another method for why this lightning imitates Suiton.

Indigo Lightning- Same as above, but with Hyoton.

Green Lightning- Exchanging piercing for knockback is fine. You'll need to assign a Strength value to it. There aren't a great many things that this rank of Raiton can shoot straight through, so you might also bypass any shock effects to balance a decent Strength value.

Orange Lightning- Same as Blue/Indigo, but with Doton.

Purple Lightning- I'm not gonna say you can't come up with something to justify this ability, but since it offers abilities directly offered by Magnet Release, it's not terribly likely that this one can pass without having Magnet Release as a prerequisite.
