Yet even so, even Rin hadn’t missed the detail that the only one who pulled a success was Kimiko Uchiha. Which meant everyone including Nyguyen Uchiha had lost their objectives, and while Konohagakure managed to pull a victory it ultimately was done under Kimiko’s prowess and wits. Honestly Rin silently commended Kimiko for pulling off such a feat, but the word of an Outcast had no weight in this land. Even so the materialistic meant nothing to Rin so long as the threat from the shadows continued to exist. As much as Rin planned and strived to take out the puppeteer before the Disciples are resurrected. Something told Rin that at their current rate of progression the Disciples might succeed in being resurrected. In which case Rin must prepare with the mindset of fighting the Five Disciples if need be. Possibly with a bijuu or two at their side even.
Thus came the ultimate decision to completely harness Kurama’s chakra, and while the unfortunate part was that Rin would be using it for the war efforts. Rin ultimately wished to build up their strength to serve as the bulwark and spear over the lands. Ironic that he wished to protect the lands from the very same ancestors that ruled there once before. This decision of Rin’s must be brought to light with the village’s Kage, and said Hokage would be better found in his office. Or so Rin reckoned.
Garbed in his simple grey long sleeved shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbow, revealing scarred arms save for his right hand. The right hand up to his forearm is wrapped with sealing cloth, and the cloth held a long series of fuuinjutsu writing. Even so the exposed arms appeared to have intricate patterns of scar tissue. Almost like someone took a knife and carved the symbols deep into his flesh from the shoulders all the way to the tip of his fingers. His choice for pants was a pair of slightly baggy dark blue pants with a pair of sandals. Rin did have his chokuto and pair of steel armguards on him, but they were confiscated the moment Rin came to the Hokage Building. Of course he wasn’t alone either for Maiori was escorting him to the Hokage’s Office.
Assuming the door is closed, Maiori knocks on the Hokage’s door twice before she spoke with respective authority.
”Lord Hokage, may we enter?” Maiori asked as her midnight black hair was pulled up while garbed in the typical chunin gear. Her hands were folded over the small of her back. For a moment, just for a moment, Maiori glanced over her shoulder at Rin that wasn’t filled with hatred. Little did Rin knew that Maiori had witnessed cases of PTSD from him. Like his mind was stuck in the previous fights in a loop within his dreams. Rin’s crimson eyes shifted over to the side as he kept both hands at his sides where everyone could see them.
