Moving through the streets of Kumogakure under a transformation jutsu, Tamwyn kept a close eye on his surroundings. He was working on exposing corrupt politicians and government officials and while usually he had a much more 'smash and grab' approach, this time around he was trying to be quite a bit sneakier about the whole thing. After all he couldn't just be a one trick pony kind of shinobi now could he? The evening was late as he moved down the darkened street, his effective eyes keeping watch for his target. He was transformed to look like an average guy, moving through the streets as if he was coming home from work. He was dressed in simple blue coveralls and carried a tool box in his right hand. His hair was brown instead of white and his eyes were hazel rather than yellow. His features were a bit squarer, and he wore his glasses as if he needed the corrective lenses to see.
He also kept his chakra suppressed as he moved through the village, looking for all the world like a civilian. He moved through the business section, where he could be coming from any number of construction projects or tool related jobs. It was where he needed to be and as his hazel eyes fell upon the suited man he was looking for he continued moving without a trace of acknowledgement of the man. He was bulky, wore a high dollar business suit and wore sunglasses but Ginbu Takeuchi was easily recognizable even through that. A 'well respected' official who worked prominently with civilian affairs he had a good face and physique for television. Openly he worked to provide for orphanages and helped provide homes for children and looked after those in the foster care system. On paper he was a good man, who used his money to help the children of Kumogakre.
They had intelligence that it was a front.
Which is why Tamwyn was shadowing him, gathering evidence that would support the intelligence and allow them to move in on him. The intelligence said he was using the Orphanages and foster care system to provide child slaves that could be taught to be 'perfect little workers' and made a killing off it. It made Tamwyn sick and he was working to ensure the evidence was obtained to go after the man with a vengeance. Should he find evidence, he would deliver it the man in charge of the investigation before personally moving to any slave storage houses the man had and systematically eradicating the guards and freeing the children.
He had already caught damning evidence of the man making drops in locations. Tamwyn took the time to check them before returning them. He needed the slave ring to think it was still safe after all and he had copies of files of children from the orphanages. Young men who would probably grow up strong, young women who would grow to be beautiful and desirable. He'd also seen the man pick up folders from those dead drops that Tamwyn suspected was full of money. Which he would no doubt take to his personal safe house. Which is exactly what Tamwyn was shadowing him to. They needed to know where to find the money later after all. After a while, the Seraph of Lightning would finally discover the location as Ginbu moved into a seemingly dilapidated old shop. This place had been their suspect location too as on paper the shop wasn't owned by Ginbu but it was owned by a company that Ginbu did own. He would have no reason to physically be here and Tamwyn moved into a restaurant across the street and ordered and ate as he waited. Eventually Ginbu would leave, reading a small slip of paper and smiling to himself. Tamwyn would nod before paying his tab and leaving, moving quickly through the rooftops now to report in. They had all they needed now.
