    Rulings;

    Tool Creation; would cease to function as assumed by Arisu under Kirisame;

    “The user has the ability to manifest special red, glowing, malleable chakra, which, when on standby, floats in a chakram-like formation behind their back.”

    This would mean that a less dense ‘malleable’ formation of chakra would be exposed to the rain in this case and would therefore ‘dissolve’ under it, as expected.

    "This chakra in question has a natural durability and hardness equivalent to the user's base Stamina (Otsutsuki bonus included)."

    Any successfully created tools would remain, though no more could be created from that particular activation as the malleable red chakra needed to create more would dissolve under Kirisame.

    Six Paths of Pain/Black Receivers; These are VALID

    The Black Receivers are unaffected by Kirisame - they have a physical structure that requires B-Tier or higher Strength to break and therefore would fall under the ‘dense chakra structures’ part of the weakness of Kirisame.

    The Six Paths of Pain specifically state that the process requires embedding (a physical action) of the black receivers, which then allows the receivers to

    “remotely transmit his chakra into the rod and, by extension, anything the rod is embedded in.”

    In this case it is my opinion that ‘remotely’ was meant to indicate the literal definition which is ‘without physical contact’ in terms of how the chakra is transmitted. Meaning that the remote transmission may continue.

    Otsu Chains;

    Their continued use is VALID

    As in my previous ruling, the Otsu Chains are unaffected by Kirisame. They are specifically described as having a durability of A (which is on par with Kaguya Bone, Korikane Crystal, Yuki Ice - all of which are listed as ‘dense chakra structures’ in the weaknesses of Kirisame.) These also have a ‘built in cursed seal’ which being a branch of Fuuinjutsu means that they are completely unaffected by Kirisame.
