PARALLEL STATE
"This is but one of many worlds..."
As Seigi has become more cemented in this world, the dimensional energy that brought Seigi to this universe has stabilized, allowing him to tap into it, shifting into a "Parallel" state of physical being. The more he is able to harness and stabilize this chaotic energy internally, the more he is able to draw on power from his own dimension, granting a myriad of new skills.
Dimensional Energy
Through intense meditation, Seigi has acquired the ability to harness Dimensional Energy to fuel his techniques and transformation into this other state, giving him a new source of energy to pull from. The amount of energy he is able to hold at once is equivalent to half of his total CP (A-rank=130 CP). This begins at 0 and is able to expand at a rate of 10 CP per 50 exp invested.
To recharge Dimensional Energy, Seigi must stand completely still and focus on gathering it. The user can make any number of shadow clones to remain still and gather the energy. So long as the clones are within viewing distance of the user, whether by being summoned to him or having been there the whole time, they can be dispersed by the user to transfer all of the Dimensional Energy they've gathered to the user. The maximum they can gather is the same as their creator, 10 per post.
Transformation
When activated, Seigi's blurred eye, the once-powerful Fuuingan, will glow teal and the seal on it will become apparent once more, the seal taking on the "Parallel" version of the Fuuingan This seal will extend outside of the eye and around Seigi's body.
+1 tier to Perception, Speed, and Intelligence and +2 tiers to Cooridnation.
Fuuinjutsu Mastery
With the Fuuingan activated once more, Seigi's mastery over fuuinjutsu becomes akin to breathing, and by infusing techniques with dimensional energy, he can increase their potency by +1 rank. This is done by splitting the cost of chakra and Dimensional Energy. Also allows registry of unique Fuuinjutsu related purely to this state.
Transformation Upkeep
While in his Parallel State, Seigi must constantly draw on Dimensional Energy for it to stay up. This starts off as an upkeep of 20 CP per post. This can be reduced to 10 CP per post with an investment of 500 EXP and then down to 5 CP per post with another investment of 500 EXP
Parallel State Abilities
This mode gives a few advantages to Fuuinjutsu, the first one being the ability to place or draw seals in the air, and through the usage of the Fuuingan, Seigi can even place seals by sight (limited up to 25 meters in range and limited to ES specific seals which will be listed and approved separately. 5 Dimensional Energy upkeep). When this skill is used, it grants a ++ for perception. When placing seal by sight, they are placed at the speed of the user's perception. The seals are able to curve and bend around people and objects but cannot be placed on people. Anyone with A-rank perception or above can see the seals as they move from eye to target.
