Curse of Hatred
Description: The Uchiha Clan is known to advance their abilities through strong emotions. The stronger the emotion, the greater the abilities unlocked. When an Uchiha’s hatred is strong enough, it can push them into a further level of power, especially when that hatred is fueled from multiple sources.
The Sharingan’s advancement is also tied heavily to their emotional state. The Tomoe advance their stages in moments of great stress, hatred, or emotional instability, even reaching greater heights than the 3 Tomoe
Kimiko’s hatred stems ultimately from Akihiro’s death. Hatred of herself for failing to act fast enough, hatred of herself for being forced to plot against the Elders of the clan, hatred towards the clan for executing Akihiro and betraying him. In a self-reflexive cycle that only feeds itself, Kimiko’s Curse of Hatred has begun to amplify her.
The Mangekyou Boost is considered to be a “Maxed Out Enhanced State” for purposes of the NPC Mangekyou Uchiha Control fight, despite still having one more stage to unlock, as that path of progression could be viewed as the cap of this Enhanced State should the user not ever achieve EMS.

-Passive/Active Boosts-
Tomoe Progression: 500 Exp to access each level’s boosts; there are 5 stages of boosts, capped by the Uchiha’s Sharingan development. The boosts can be split however the user wants, but any one stat can only benefit from 2 Tiers total, and they need to be claimed as soon as they are unlocked via updates, and they cannot be changed once placed unless using a reset.
Tomoe 1: +1 Tier (Passive)
Tomoe 2: +1 Tier (Passive)
Tomoe 3: +1 Tier and a + (Passive)
Mangekyou: +1 Tier and a + (Passive)
Eternal Mangekyou: +1 Tier and a + (Active, 5 Stamina/post)

Peak Uchiha Katon: The Uchiha are famed for having a knack for Katon jutsu. They can often take it to its utmost in terms of power.
All Katon get a power increase of 1 Tier. The color of their regular fire becomes mostly white, while Amaterasu also grows a white border if the Uchiha has that technique.
Peak Uchiha Genjutsu: The Uchiha’s Sharingan grants an almost innate connection to Genjutsu, specifically nightmare. All nightmare genjutsu deal an additional rank of psychological damage as the target is affected by the empathic bond, feeling not only the jutsu effects, but part of the trauma/hatred/rage that drives the Sharingan user.
