Kara loved shopping. Not really, she usually had other people shop for her. Or she would if there was anyone around in Suna. There wasn’t. So the shopping was up to her. She could have paid some random passerby to gather her things for her - but then they’d have gotten their illiterate peasant hands on what would be some very nice materials. And she simply couldn’t have that. Illiteracy was most likely contagious, one would assume so anyway based on how widespread the affliction was. Putting on her best dress and trying to hide her prejudices she would venture out into the marketplace. She needed leather and heat resistant cloth in order to make some new pieces inspired by Damien’s visit. Finding a shopkeeper that sold both proved a breeze for her, being the smartest had its perks. It had all the perks, she barely understood how people lived without using their brains. It almost made her sad, but instead of being sad she was awesome instead and went back to her workshop to craft some armor.

She spent the most amount of time picking the finest Cloudstalker Eel hides and yards of Spidersilk. Once she had purchased everything she needed she would return to her workshop to begin working on her gift.
