The 250 Exp and 50,000 Ryo for the opening bonus can be claimed on any character via an update, but to actually make purchases, you'll need to post in a Marketplace topic with your character and link it.

You'll also need to make an update for the starting jutsu that you want to claim. I see them listed in your card, but that's something for record keeping and isn't itself considered an update.

Barrier Ninjutsu is considered a part of Fuuinjutsu on this site, so Barrier Method Formation will need to be changed.

As a C-Class Chuunin with B-Tier Intelligence, you are able to learn Techniques up to and including A-Rank. You'll need to change the S-Rank Technique to something lesser.

My UA allows me to wield Clan jutsu up to S-rank, so I shouldn't need to alter my S-rank Thousand Stingers.

Ah, I see. That UA has a flaw that has your Doton Techniques viewed as one rank lower. Is this in terms of learning, thus putting your Doton limit at B-Rank? In that case, you'd need to swap out Swamp of the Underworld.

If it makes your Doton one rank weaker when used, then your list is fine.
