Suggestion : Clan Uniformity

I brought this up in chat the other day, a lot of people seemed to agree that even though most of the clans use kinda the same teplate, they're all sorted in a way that isn't uniform,

not to mention the member lists aren't updated,

I believe that can be remedied in two easy fixes:
- Use some indicator to separate the areas and walls of text, or spoilers,

This can be done via HR code, spoilers, or a GFX guide like:

- Member lists be updated as people are approved.
You can easily do this via activity checks, having people basically update it themselves by posting and updating as you go, as well as changing the lists when a new character is added.
but this can also be done simply, by URL linking via code on apps. Then you can easily tell where all of your distant cousins are as well as how many people are in the clanm besides the clan head.

I think the main reason why member list don't updated is:
- The clan thread is locked.
- Characters/players come and go too easily to properly track them.
And that's under the idea that we can easily find back the clan thread in question. Likewise, the reason why Yokai's member list was updated was because I personally bothered to search for former/inactive members to complete it. I doubt many are willing to be so thorough during a revamp.


But I'd be game for a good template and updated list if there's a possibility to do so :3

I mean the easiest way, is to have staff do it and edit it.

but the low effort way, is lock the clan tech page, and make the clan info page public so the leader can edit.

That could work. It's just that not every clan has a pc leader ^^;

All the more reason it should be updated.



Even lists like these are super helpful.

They are. Useful and efficient if maintained. It's the sort of stuff I'd keep track off while darting through a field of dreams.
But... What does the Staff say?

I'm not opposed to it at all. I don't think its death important though but ff a member of staff wants to head that up as a personal project or if a member wants to get started on streamlining clan apps, they can post a sample in Discussion. I'll sign off on it if its good and represents an improvement.

From there they can continue to work on them and update them as necessary. If the work is as good as what's been done with the new rules then I'd definitely be opening to giving rewards for it.
