Philyra Pnévma (my char I'm gonna make hehe)
Clan History/Description
Existing during the time of the warring states period, the Pnévma are shockingly unknown to most despite playing a pivotal role in a number of conflicts across the ninja world. Believed to have originated from the land of fire as possible distant relatives to the senju, the clan is responsible for the creation of the paper bomb. During this time, they were known to rival the Nara in terms of intellect and were seen as their opposites due to the fact that they had no issue with getting involved in conflicts and used hiden techniques based around physical energy instead of spiritual. Despite their significant contribution to the art of ninja warfare the average ninja would be unaware of their existence as they did not side with any particular clan during the consolidation of power, instead assisting multiple clans across by supplying them with paper bombs and assisting in espionage and assassination missions. The Pnévma were able to keep their clan autonomy by creating contracts with most powerful clans during this period through their most famous clan leader, Tethys Pnévma, was famed as the "The Great Negotiator" for her ability to make deals with all of the major clans. Tethys trades her clan's innovative weapon and information for truces and protection from all of the ruling clans towards the end of the warring states period and was able to avoid extinction or forced assimilation upon the creation of villages.
Currently the clan operates as a wandering clan, drifting across lands like a sheet of paper in the wind. Despite their wanderer status, members regularly leave and join villages in order to collect information and the clan operates an incredibly extensive spy network throughout all major villages, allowing the clan leader and other elites to be up to date an all current events going on in the ninja world. Members are usually sent to villages very young and tend to stay for generations in order to raise families of future village spies, some spies have never even been to the Pnévma base of operations yet still remain fiercely loyal to the clan with betrayal being unheard of with it being impossible for current members to give out information to others. This spy network is known as "Linden" because despite the fact that members branch out, they remain connected to the base like the branches of a Liden Tree, the symbol of the Pnévma.
Due to their extreme wealth and use of paper creation, the Pnévma are able to easily set up a place of operations in any terrain and usually station themselves near a particular village for a number of months to renegotiate trade deals and touch base with informants. The clan is easily able to create houses and other buildings out of paper and their natural talent at sensory allows them to avoid intrusion. To this day, the inscription on all paper bombs comes directly from the hidden teachings of the Pnévma and the clan enjoys good relations with all major villages and collects royalties on all paper bomb products sold throughout the world. The clan leader still comes from the original line of Tethys and becomes the head of the paper bomb industry upon adulthood (usually 18) as well as the head of Liden. Along with the clan leader, a board of high ranking clan members, usually elder and stock traders, assist in the running of the business and clan. However, in the last few years tensions have begun to strain as the ninja villages grow more powerful and adversarial to each other, each one attempting to grab more power for themselves, and the delicate autonomy and peace the Pnévma have enjoyed for centuries could be threatened.
Clan/Bloodline Traits & Characteristics
The Pnévma are a clan of spies meant to blend in and infiltrate villages, as such they do not possess any defining physical characteristics beyond possessing an unnatural amber eye color. High ranking clan members usually have a tattoo of The Pnévma symbol, the Linden tree, somewhere on their bodies.

Suiton based techniques lower the power of paper techniques by one when hit and limit their duration to 2 posts. Without training, members cannot form paper techniques in wet areas such as those with heavy rain.
