The sun stood high above the desert, another heated day in Sunagakure. Hardly a cloud in the sky, and the temprature was a bit brutal...but this wouldn't stop Azuma, the Jounin had been through much worse then a little desert sun. The White Wolf of the North stood among the training grounds of Sunagakure--The Sand Forge. Probably named due to its role in forging new shinobi since Sunagakure's formation. Azuma may had skipped the Academy Days, having been there since the beginning, but he'd spend a fair amount of time in the footsteps of the Shodaime Kazekage training here when he was young. "Its been a while..." he would mumble to himself, a slight smirk. Today he intended on working on a Jutsu he'd been coming up with for a while.
It really was simple in concept. Previous attempts failed, but Azuma hadn't tried outside of in passing. He'd take a breath while closing his eyes, and a hand would rise, this single hand forming hand seals--a skill of Azuma's--3 to be accurate. Chakra would be molded, and pushed through his body ,targeting his eyes. He'd open his eyes, trying to use the chakra to enhance them. He aimed to dilate his pupils to allow more light into his eyes, opening the intake for visual information wider then average. His eyes begun doing just that, but suddenly his focus was broken as his right eye--one not natural to his body, strained and ached with the flow of chakra. He'd loose his breath for only a moment, and even had to wipe a tear from the eye. "Well thats no fun...I'm going to have to regulate the chakra flow into my eyes more evenly. Means needing to keep focus...damn." Azuma would quickly analyze what had happened and how he could reduce the negative outcome--while also seeing the flaw that came with it.
He tried once more. Again his hand formed 3 gestures--Tiger, Rat, Dragon...chakra once more molded within his form and focused on his eyes. He made note to focus harder on this to keep the flow of chakra going to his eyes at a smooth flow. Once more his eyes begun to open up, pupils opening to and beyond their natural limits. He smiled, the intake for visual information was opened, and he could see much more then he naturally could. It even brightened the scene, sort of a low-light enhancement...neat side effect. "...That wasn't too hard. I've for sure spent more time making other jutsu....what am I gonna call it? Hmm...Raiden no Kokei works...why not, little flashy but who cares." The Desert Rogue would talk to himself once more...why internalize when alone anyways?

Power: C
Activation Cost: 5
Upkeep Cost: 3
Range: Self
Speed: N/A
Element: N/A
Skill: Sensor
Classification: Open
Requirements: Sensor Skill
Parent Technique: Sensing Technique

Description: The user focuses their chakra into their eyes, enhancing them. This dilates the pupil, increasing eyesight in low-light Conditions for the user, and overall boosts their perception. This results in +1 tier in Perception.
Weaknesses: The user must remain focused, if a sufficient enough strike occurs to the user or their focus is otherwise broken, the jutsu instantly releases. Due to stressing the eye, the jutsu can only last up to 10 rounds, and requires an equal number of rounds as a cooldown period. (Example. If the user uses the Jutsu for 3 rounds, they must wait 3 rounds before it can be used again.)
