Contract Name: The Name-Giving Inkfish

Culture/Lore: The finest source of biological ink, these creatures have been collected and found for centuries in the seas for both food and their inks. Highly valued by users of Fuuinjutsu for their ability to produce biological, living ink, these creatures have collectively been contracted for this purpose. Sea Hares, a unique type of sea slug which can produce ink, differ from the rest of the creatures of this contract, which are cephalopods, but have been associated together due to their production of ink.

Summoning Method: Having the hands or fingers coated in either ink or blood can be used as a catalyst for summoning these creatures. Once coated and wet, these creatures may be summoned freely.

Appearance: A gigantic octopus-like monster, notable for being a blood-tinged shade of deep red. As its so incredibly large, with its tentacles being 33 meters (108 feet) in length and its bulbous head being nearly as large as the average human in height, it has often been mistaken for a minor deity. In personality it is fickle, and has the propensity to do harm without any real reason at all. As a part of its contract these tendencies have been reigned in, but it still will prefer to inflict violence whenever given the choice to.
