Description: This poison knocks their enemies strength by a rank. If the user's constitution is the same rank as the victim their strength drops by a rank, (unless using Dokukyūgan, then the effects gain another rank-drop.) If their constitution is a rank higher but they use Dokukyūgan, the victim drops strength by a rank. If the victim has lower constitution than the user, their strength drops by two. This jutsu could be explained as if you were under the influence of a hard-core drug that was physically making you weak.
Weaknesses: When Hozuki use the skill Hydrification their poisons render useless.

I don't quite understand how this jutsu works.

Also for all of these you say the drawback is "Hydrification" but you need to do a bit more work explaining precisely how Hydrification is a drawback/weakness.
