History:
Emiki Hayami was a talented speedster in her youth. The clan’s bloodline having come easy to her, and her movement, even as a young child, was furiously fast. And she grew up, she put her skills to random acts of mischief, pranks, larceny, and graffiti art. If that was all there was too her, her family would have let her learn her lesson in jail; but they saw a good side too her as well. A girl who loved cheering others up, and helping people in need.
So instead of letting her rot in jail, sent her to a reform school, hoping to knock out that wild side, and turning her into a proper lady. Of course it failed to a degree, but she did during her time there found two other girls from Kiri, who were also of noble descent, and forged a strong bond with them, and it was one of those sisters that kept her from getting expelled by reinging her in, while the other challenged her in interesting ways. And allowed her to have an outlet for her massive spring of restless energy.
