    Visual Reference:

    Name: Midori Burittsu Yamato
    Age: 9
    Gender: Female
    Village: Kirigakure
    Rank: Genin
    Title: Blitz

    Clan: Nature Clan
    Bloodline: Cursed One
    Element(s): N/A
    Skills: Taijutsu

    Stats
    • Strength: D [150 EXP]
    • Constitution: D [150 EXP]
    • Stamina: D [150 EXP]
    • Speed: D [150 EXP]
    • Coordination: D [150 EXP]
    • Intelligence: D [150 EXP]
    • Perception: D [150 EXP]

    Unique Abilities:
    • Taijutsu Specialist: Midori holds a natural talent and focus in the arts of Taijutsu. This allows her to learn Taijutsu techniques one rank above her class level, in return for increasing the chakra cost of these techniques by 50%. [ie. Using a C-Rank Taijutsu as a D-Class Character would make the technique's base cost increase to 7 instead of being 5.]

    • Calming Steps: Midori has gone through a form of conditioning with Satori that allows her to be calmed when her curse is active, and her berserk nature has begun to activate. Usually requiring him to reel her in, but in some situations able to force herself to 'snap out of it', this ability sacrifices her power and speed in return for calming her mind. Lowering her Strength, Speed, and Coordination by ++ in return for increasing her Intelligence by two tiers.

    Appearance:
In her youth, even compared to normal people, Midori is a relatively small girl. Not overly tall, thin but not sickly so, and just beginning to bud as a young woman, she could easily pass off as someone who was a bit younger than she actually is. Her dark hair, seemingly black, is actually a very dark shade of green which becomes apparent in bright light. It is usually kept up in a messy ponytail, with bangs hanging out in front of her left eye. She stands only four and a half feet tall, and compared to her adoptive family the Ryuutei she is extremely tiny. She will often wear red, as it is her favorite color, and prefers clothing that allows her to have a very large range of movement and can stretch if it needs to. Sort sleeve shirts that expose her midriff and a short skirt with belt and spandex underneath, nothing really stands out from her clothing right off. She usually wears earrings of some sort, as well as a set of metal cuffs on her forearms and as a set of boots that protects her shins, feet and forearms that are polished to a golden sheen. She walks quietly, trying not to get in anyone’s way most of the time, but with a sense of pride as she does.

    History:
The beginnings of Midori’s life were relatively peaceful. They didn’t have significant standing, but did well enough for themselves, and her father, Burittsu, was well known as a very accomplished warrior within Kirigakure. They didn’t have a clan so much as a family, a direct series of genetic traits, not quite evolved enough to represent a true clan or bloodline, that he passed down. It would only be passed to a single child, so they could not branch out and make a full clan proper, but that was fine too because of how volatile the power was. Combat Chakra Regeneration… basically the ability to restore their Chakra passively mid-fight, a powerful ability and extremely potent in combat, but had the side effect that, if you weren’t careful, it would overflow the mind and you would lose your sense of self, becoming a beserker that was unable to be contained or sense friend from foe. It was why Burittsu often worked alone on missions that didn’t mind collateral damage… just in case.

Unfortunately, it came back to haunt him.

One night, while her father was out on mission, a pair of ninja snuck into the house and murdered her mother. Burittsu returned home just in time to save Midori herself, and her father swore vengeance even after he crushed their skulls. Childhood friends with Kiyoshi of the Ryuutei clan, he left young Midori in their care and left to hunt down the entire organization that had murdered his wife, and that was the last time Midori ever saw her father. She was only four at the time, but she has etched those moments into her mind, and it is something she will never forget.

Once in the Clan, she was treated as a guest for the first few weeks, someone who didn’t have to partake in their activities but was also unable to gain standing or respect. Her pride, something she held even higher now that she was sole member of her family, wouldn’t allow that to pass, so she asked her adoptive family what she could do. As an answer, Satori, Kiyoshi’s son and a boy her age, began to train with her on the spot. He was already very advanced for his age, as all Ryuutei were, and had many advantages, but if she had one thing going for her, it was Midori was as tenacious as they come. She wouldn’t stay down, and found ways out of situations that were benefited from her small size, using anything she had at her disposal to fend him off.

Soon, this was nothing more than playing that most kids would do at this age. She had a formal education, but sparring with Satori became something of a ritual. On days where she couldn’t, she found herself unable to contain herself, as she had so much energy that she was restless and needed to vent it. Naturally, the only way she would find that sort of vent was through fighting with people within the clan, and she got very good at it, her stamina something even the Ryuutei, who were known to have massive reserves of stamina, held respect for. The village elder explained to Kiyoshi, who asked about it, that her chakra reserves were a bit above most her age, but her ability to regenerate chakra, even in the midst of combat, was nothing short of astonishing. It was why when others would grow tired, she would simply keep going relentlessly.

    Personality:
For anyone who doesn’t know her or her reasonings, Midori is very shy and reclusive, often hiding behind Satori or other friends who she has actually grown to trust. She doesn’t speak a whole lot, preferring actions to words, and can often appear like she has certainly chose the wrong profession, not seeming to have the mental gumption for a job as a Ninja. She enjoys quiet, nature, good food, working out, sparring, strategy, strategy type games, and actual conflict, and can even be found watching others train or even fight simply for the entertainment value.

She holds her chin up and shoulders square to anyone and everyone, regardless if they could crush her or not, and holds a great amount of pride in her name, her abilities and herself. She despises being looked down on, and while she isn’t object to losing a fight, those who are ‘sore winners’ often wind up on her list of those who need to be pummeled. She believes in honor amongst combatants, and those who would desecrate that, and that is not in regards to strategy, but instead in toying with your opponent. If you are stronger, crush them. If you are weaker, fight the best you can and make them respect you if nothing else.
