The wind faintly howls across Rin's ears as his step held the minimum noise given the fact that he's wearing a pair of dark grey wool socks to help combat the cold night with a set of taibi for minimum protection on the feet. On his person is simply a belt with a hip pouch of tools and a single karambit sheathed under the belt at his right flank. Rin's long sleeved black shirt that covers the fuuinjutsu engraved arm guards of steel that protects his forearms. While not vest is present, underneath is a titanium mesh shirt that is rather durable despite how light it feels. His pants are slim to prevent any cloth from flapping in the wind and thus eliminating noise generated by his clothes due to the weather. In short, he dressed well for this job and the lower section of his face from the top of his lip down to his neck is the shirt that holds in place.
From his discoveries Rin did not come across the resource center in the other areas. Given of how this city is built and organized like a fortress or so Rin assumes. He hazard a logical guess that this resource center is kept closer to the heart of the city. In order to guard it easier and faster reaction time in case someone had the insane idea to attack the center. Luckily for Rin, he wasn't looking to attack, and given how these guards are rather tight on guarding their city from prying eyes on sensitive information Rin assumes that discovering this center is best done under the stealthy approach. To Rin's luck it happens to be the perfect night for it, and Rin gets by with having his chakra suppressed roughly the entire time since he's been to Kumogakure. The rare few times Rin pops into the radar is when he's sleeping or training.
Rin avoided the lit streets as his heightened senses warned him whenever a patrol was nearby and makes sure to either hide or evade their awareness in some method. Mindful of his strength, Rin nimbly moves from building to building under the cover of nearly complete darkness. The only exception is the cluster of lights below, but at those areas Rin sticks to the shadows and keeps moving through the Administration section with little issue. Using his keen eyes to look at far distances with excellent detail, Rin gets onto a vantage point that is high above ground yet the building held a niche where Rin can press his body against to avoid wandering eyes from below. His eyes spotted a peculiar building that had wagons with tethered horses loading up crates and barrels from inside the building. From the brief periods of time those doors open just enough for Rin to see that the inside was large and had stacked crates. Judging from the size of the building, the people working to retrieve the goods from inside, and the sheer fact that there is at least two groups of guards stationed near the entrances and the near the workers. Rin hazards an estimated guess that this is Kumogakure's resource center. It wasn't exactly hidden either so it wasn't difficult to find especially with eyes like Rin's.
This was essentially the last bit of what Balerion requested minus one other thing that Rin finds a bit tedious. He knows when he's being sent on a fool's errand and that was one of them. Without further ado, Rin checks his surroundings first to be aware of any guards before he nimbly climbs back down on the darker side of the building. Note that everything he does is done by physical effort as no chakra was used as it would disrupt his suppression and alert the other guards. So unless someone finds him despite his stealth approach Rin departs from the Administration and heads to the training fields. So if anyone asks where he was this night, Rin can confirm his alibi that he was at the training fields.
