The command is not mandatory. The Kōkinjō will still draw out the soul of its wielder. The item generates an aura that can take the form of additional ropes, giving it a greater range.

This usually is used catching most opponent's off guard. Once attached the person has 2 meters of their souls length  to maneuver about. But it will remain attached to Kokinjo for 3 posts.

By saying the verbal command "curse", it can be used to sever the soul  of those struck by the Kōkinjō, allowing the soul to be sucked into the Benihisago. Completing these conditions "curses" the victim; if they use a certain ranked jutsu (Chosen by user, and tells the rank to a mod so that it is recorded and unchanged), they will be sucked into and trapped within the Benihisago. When an enemy gets his soul cut, Strength, Coordination, Constitution and Speed debuffs by -- for each round; in turn it can stack up to three times and last until the end of the topic.

Description: The Benihisago  is a giant brown-coloured gourd with a red cloth around it. It is able to take a person's soul hostage by saying the verbal command "record". After the soul has been drawn out by the Kōkinjō and then severed from their body by the Shichiseiken, it is absorbed into the gourd. Completing these conditions "curses" the victim; if they use a certain technique rank (Chosen by user and tells it to a mod so that it is recorded and unchanged), they will be sucked into and trapped within the Benihisago.

They will eventually be drawn in if they cannot release their soul from Benihisago within the topic (Meaning they cannot leave the topic until their soul is returned to them). The vacuum covers a 50 meter range in one direction. With a pull power of A-rank, and draws in at B-rank speed. A person captured by the Benihisago are not killed. And they can be released at any time by the users discretion. But they are forever trapped until that happens or the gourd breaks. They can also be released by capturing the gourd and releasing the souls one by one.

Completing these conditions "curses" the victim; if they use a certain ranked jutsu (Chosen by user, either by dice, or the user tells the rank to a mod so that it is recorded and unchanged), they will be sucked into and trapped within the Benihisago. When an enemy gets his soul cut, it debuffs all their attributes by two tiers.  Takes B-rank amount of chakra to cut a soul.

Add a S-Rank cost to utilize its abilities. Drop material rank to A++ and Item Rank to S. Also drop this debuff to two pluses and have it only apply to Strength, Coordination, Constitution and Speed; in turn it can stack up to three times and last until the end of the topic. Lastly, add a 3-5 post duration for its curse.

Completing these conditions "curses" the victim; if they use a certain technique rank (Chosen by user, either by dice, or is told the skill to a mod so that it is recorded and unchanged), they will be sucked into and trapped within the Benihisago. If the person struck does not use any skills for one post, they will still be sucked and trapped into the Benihisago. They will eventually be drawn in if they cannot release their soul from Benihisago within the topic. The vacuum covers a 50 meter range, it also has the ability to absorb attack jutsus S-rank and below but must use S-rank chakra to absorb attacks that level.  To absorb must use at least B-rank chakra.

Drop material rank to A++ and Item Rank to S. Specify that its abilities require S-Rank cost to use. Add that the vacuum possesses A-Rank Power and drags someone in at B-Rank speed, and that breaking the gourd can free what's sealed inside.

As for technique absorption, tweak it so that you pay an equal amount of chakra to the base cost of the technique itself, allowing you to absorb up to 15 points of chakra (amount chosen by you) from the technique and reduce its statistics (Power/Speed) to whatever rank the new base cost fits (so if you use this on an A-Rank it becomes a C-Rank due to 15 - 10 becoming 5). Also add a range to the vacuum this gourd produces and specify that it can only be done in a single direction.

Lastly, add that this gourd can only seal (3) people at a time and that the technique absorption can only hold 30 chakra points per use.

Ok I have to ask for a middle ground on some of these. Samehada and the Executioner was approved at X rank and material S as well. Seeing as they were made by the Sage himself I'm asking to keep them X as well. Now for all these items to cost S rank, in total for a whooping 75 chakra to use each of them successfully...and it doesn't even kill them. So trying to at least even that out with stronger gourd at least.

The debuffs only lasting 3-5 posts is supposed to be a really harsh punishment. Someone can at least heal from poison but they're not getting their soul back unless its been unleashed from the gourd so they should be permanent. Its like getting maimed.

I made the other changes.

It pretty much kills them considering they're locked inside until you free them -- and that's if you free them. Samehada and Kubikiriboucho are most likely taking a hit to their general rank/material rank just for fairness, as X-Rank items are solely exclusive to master-craftsmen, ergo civilians.

A permanent debuff of two tiers maximum is a no go. No singular equipment, technique etc. is going to have the effect of four stat-damaging S-Rank poisons in one, especially when it can't be removed or healed like normal poison.

Ok then made those edits. Gonna ask to lower stamina drain to at least A-rank.

-What's the standard range on this? What is the range if extra ropes are used? This needs to be made clearer.
- WTF is a word soul? The wiki doesn't say and I'm too tired/lazy to find the exact manga chapter/anime episode. Please give a thorough detailed explanation for what this does.

If your saying that the person can be sucked into Benihana just by existing and not using any techniques derived from skills than that's totally denied.

Ok so the word soul thing was weird to implement here. So it's simply will be a person's soul. And the wiki doesn't help me much either. So changing some of it here so that it works. A person needed to say a certain word in order to be drawn in. That's the word soul part. I changed that so that it's a ranked technique that is the trigger.

It will remain on the person keeping a person gettin exiting the topic. So as long as the person keeps using a technique no matter the rank. In the anime it still would draw in people if they did not speak. Or it's ability would be easy to ignore OOC.

Also edited what you asked. Still asking to keep chakra drain at A rank. Even Darui was able to use them even for a short matter.
