As the wagon pulled up to the village gates Ryuko didn’t even wait for it to come to a full stop before jumping out and stretching. The hardest part about the trip by far was being confined to such small quarters for days at a time, unable to exercise.
As far as missions went it had to be a contender for the most boring one she’d ever taken. Nothing had happened. They arrived at capital city without incident only to find that they weren’t really interested in making any kind of agreement trade or otherwise, at least not at the moment anyhow.
On the way back she’d been hoping to run into some bandits or something at least. There where supposed to be some on the road leading into frost after all but she hadn’t seen hide nor hair of them despite keeping a watchful eye out. Well that’s just how things went sometimes. Not every mission was going to end as a smashing success.
“Well I’m off, I have some business to take care of” said Ryuko as she separated from the group making her way back into the village.
