Asami was born of a Yokai Mother and Human Father, the latter of which died soon after her conception to an illness contracted as the result of his mating with a Yokai. Her Mother too, perished, though this was shortly after Asami was born; leaving her under the care and guidance of the Yokai Clan-Head, Ashtoreth.
Ashtoreth raised the young girl, studying her development and preparing her for whatever Path the Divines had bestowed upon her. She was pleasantly surprised when Asami had begun exhibiting signs of demonic connection to the supernatural that was a clear indication of the Baku Path, and thus, Asthoreth immediately began honing that connection and teaching Asami the ways of Yokai who followed the Baku Path; and Asami obeyed as an utterly loyal student to Ashtoreth no matter what she was instructed to do.
It did not take long for Asami, with Ashtoreth's guidance, to surpass the typical ability of Yokai her age who followed the same Path. Asami was so close to becoming a prodigy in all aspects of the Baku Path when suddenly - Ashtoreth disappeared.
Ashtoreth had only left a note behind in her wake. This note said that Asami was to assimilate herself into the world of Humans and await her return, once she returned -- Ashtoreth would see to it that her patience was rewarded. Asami was of course shocked by the sudden disappearance along with the demands, but she knew better than to question Lady Ashtoreth by this point; and thus, she assumed the best disguise she could manage and entered the world of Humans under the guise of being another student within their Academy.
She had managed, either through luck or perhaps the uncaring attitudes of those around her, to succeed with this plan and even went so far as to graduate the Academy - though she knew it was a matter of time until she would need to take further action if she wanted to survive long enough to wait out Ashtoreth's orders.
Through this time in the world of Humans, however, Asami began to develop a fondness for Humans and started to wish them well rather than ill in their endeavors, she saw them as imperfect and rather brutish when it came to most things; but they had potential, and she wanted to protect that potential in Humanity even if it meant most of them would see her as a Demon in the process.
This was as much her home as it was theirs now, after all, until Ashtoreth returned.
Personality:
Asami's personality mainly is reflected by the guise she is under: If she is in her Human guide, then Asami is a cold and aloof individual who occasionally seems to do the right thing out of necessity rather than a desire to do good. Her Human self can be rather downtrodden at times and often exudes a gloomy exterior with perhaps a heart of good within it - though how much of this is an act, if any, is hard to tell.
Her Demonic personality is better described as playful and outspoken, though she can still be cold at times while in this guise she is more often at least open about her emotions and is makes herself more vulnerable to others while speaking unlike her Human counterpart. She also has a bit of Ashtoreth's cruelty woven into her Demonic personality, making her a bit unpredictable as a whole but honest in her feelings when donig so.

This early access must result in stunted growth forcing the player to spend an additional 10% experience to advance into the next class. This *can* be stacked with other modifiers (Sensei, Intelligence, etc..)
For example, a D-class Genin may only learn up to C-rank technique. This UA will allow that same Genin to learn up to B-rank technique. However, in order to hit C-class they must invest 1650 experience into their total instead of 1500 (10% of 1500 is 150. 1500 + 150 = 1650...)
