The caster will point them at a target, releasing the cluster of lightning toward an adversary, bringing the sound of crackling thunder upon firing. This cluster of lightning energy jumps, iconically, from the caster's hands and clings towards it's extended target, latching the elemental nature upon and throughout their body. Upon contact, the technique shocks the opponent, as the name implies, sending an electrifying jolt of energy throughout their body, applying the 'shock' status effect. Due to the electrical composition, lightning current and exertion of the shock, similar to fire, exposure to such status damages the adversary with 2nd degree burns over their body. If the adversary has a chaotic or evil allignment, the Holy Lightning Jolt technique advances in a rank of power and they are stunned instead. The speed of this technique naturally increases by one tier in regard of casting.

Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the haze clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. As the haze clones are not physically real, the attack will just pass through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can then be defeated. This technique allows for the creation of 10 clones total in a single casting. Like the parent technique however the clones are restricted in range and their ability to speak or act in any manner not consistent with a distraction.

Takeo: Water Mirror only blocks physical Techniques. It creates a pool of water which reflects those within the mirror. Particularly, because Takeo is holding the mirror in front of him, and the Ocularyst casted in front of him, with equal coordination due to his [Sealless Casting UA] reducing his coordination by one tier and his clouds boost coordination by a tier, before streaming above, the mirror would be a conduit for the lightning and thus your execution. Besides, the Holy Lightning Jolt is indeed A rank power S rank speed, the Mirror B rank without speed (possibly based on on Takeo's coordination, which is the same as the technique), thus the jolt is cast before he could materialize the mirror; Hitting Takeo once in front, twice from above towards his back, stunning him, and the third time from his back to his front, therefore defeating him completely. However again, the mirror doesn't negate the fact in which Takeo cannot cast lightning for the mirror to mimick the lightning stream, and being that the Ocularyst did not physically rush forward to attack Takeo, there would be no reflection Lëî's spiritual based technique or of the Ocularyst. Takeo aimed the mirror upwards, yet the technique aimed at Takeo and mirror at a wider range which the mirror was cast. Howevermore, my characters speed versus your perception and coordination would not be able to accurately tell where I am going, with or without the reduction of perception with at least one of my clouds covering you. You cannot move before I hit you with the first blast of lightning, being that you are 25m away and my technique extends 36m³. Takeo, I believe you have been hit, are stunned and incapacitated.

Oh Yea. Even if my cloud was moving at A Rank, your coordination for weaving seals is less that my speed while moving on it, id have an advantage upon casting the first time, which you didn't block, blaring it through the post above your water mirror, and again from the front flip getting from behind to infront again. Again, the Casting of the Holy Lighting Jolt moves at S Rank, before you can react to weaving handseals, or moving to dodge. Nor am I directly at the gates. I stated I was outside the jungle, when I attacked the guards. If we have 75m from from the gates towards jungle, you previously running five meter from me, after you said 25, most likely knock back, would have in range of the Holy Lightning Jolt, regardless. My Second leap was a blur, striking you before you could water mirror, in 25 meters, over and around you in a vast space of 36 meters. However if my jump forwards, placed me onto the gates, I would have striked above you, behind and above you, including anyone leaving or entering the gates with the Holy Lightning Jolt from the top, unintentionally hitting Kyojin while on top of the gates flipping offwards again. Kyoji: The Regalia was approved and attuned, however if it wasnt, the previous post wasn't voided, of defeating the guards because it was what caused the attention of the village, thus bringing Takeo and you towards the gates However, that was before my my attack upon Takeo. Although, had that not been the case, you wouldn't be in the thread attacking me.

Otherwise when Kyojin finally made it out of the gate and being approximately thirty meters from me, weaving handsigns, Ocularyst was in air, faster than your coordination in mid attack with lightning shining down on Takeo. Upon completing handseals, and Kyojin finalizing blast, Ocularyst already jumped forward, hitting Takeo again, landing back into place, approximately 55 meters away from you, with your centration of the water stream, aiming at my feet. If Kyojin is linear, behind Takeo, you would have killed the Mizukage, slicing at his hips with severing stream. He doesn't have the perception to see it coming, thus he cannot dodge, even with adequate speed, nor does Kyoji have the adequate perception to see my movements; The Ocularyst is skipping in time ahead of Kyojin, too fast for him to see the his movements. Besides, when you exited the gates, you wouldn't have seen him, only the clouds covering the field and possibly the illumination of lighting within and throughout, so Kyojin streamed the severing wave with a blind eye, in no pure inclinating intention of hitting him. The Ocularyst, on the other hand could possibly see Kyoji as a blur when in movement, therefore in landing, can at least move, with equal coordination with the speed of your technique. Therefore I will start my post from my landing and Kyojin weaving handsigns.

Btw: Takeo put me on top of the gates in his post, he was already outside of the gates and didn't hop backwards. And defended with Water Mirror, forgetting my original attack, just reacting to my jump upwards. Takeo is stunned and totally incapacitated. Kyojin most likely hit from my front flip off the gates before he could see me as he exited the gates, yet notice the cloud.

So 48 hours elapsed after jurisdiction of my first call of hits, then another 48 hours elapsed after moderation, before Tsubaki. Both of you continued ignoring the second post, like it didn't happen, when I specifically stated, I attacked you both again with Holy Lightning Jolt. I called hits, judges ruled those hits occurred, yet overlooked I also had the speed and coordination, and the area of affect by The Holy Lightning Jolt's Range, which doesn't leave Kyojin excluded. I also asked based on my coordination, speed, could I have delt with the guards without the knowing of the unwarrented coordination, speed, and perception of thr adversary. Takeo: Also, during stun, it constricts movement of muscles, that's active and smooth, including brain and vocal cords. You couldn't mediate signals which they could hear or see outside of the cloud, being that you are stunned. You are also incapacitated and/or killed due to being saturated by the clouds and stunned again, after not being able to avoid the second attack of my previous post. That's 5 A rank attacks, from different angles with B Rank constitution, Equivocal to 2 S ranks against B rank constitution. In potency of the conductivity of lightning and water, that's most likely electrocution and thus death.

Kyojin: I see you edited to state you stayed inside the gates, hand on sword. I moved the clouds forwards during the following post while you held action, so you would be covered in clouds as they covered field and gates, lacking perception, in your post above. With D Rank perception, transclucency doesn't exist, and you are in fact blind, while within them. Besides, I ran forwards towards the gates, shocking all whom were in front of it, from the left, before spinning towards the right in the 720, covering the area in lightning by 36m. When I ran forwards, angularly, and cast my attack, you all were hit, before I hopped overhead to attack again to stun you all. Anyone who was under or around the circumference of 36m from the gates, in which you all were, would be hit and stunned. In your previous post, you failed to act, seeing that my speed and speed of the attack is a higher rank, so you have been hit and stunned.

Tsubaki: Please do note, even you are not without exception, because she is only standing 10 away from the cloud, next to Kyojin, with my run up 30m, I would be near it's epicenter of 15m, spanning across in totality of 30m³, she would be within the trajectory of the Holy Lightning Bolt. Indeed, Tsubaki ran into the Frey, while I was casting the Holy Lightning Jolt, and if you attempt to blindly attack me from outside of the cloud, you are going to get hit. The Holy Lightning Jolt is, iconically spewing forth from the Ocularyst, while he is spinning completely in a circle and inside of the cloud, it's range 36m. If you are ten meters away from the cloud, while I am inside the cloud, as it covers 30m³ over the gates, you are getting hit by the Holy Lightning Jolt as it's spewing upon the field and gates of my previous post and that's while you are pulling your weapon out your spine. A 720 corkscrew, with Holy Lightning Jolt spewing from both hands, would be enough to sweep over the left side of the gates to the right, lashing a torrential blast of lightning amonsgt the field. Everyone under and around in 36m, inside and outside the cloud, has been hit and stunned.

The cloud was growing from my post attacking Takeo, arching in air to attack both Takeo and Kyojin, to my post of running diagonally left, right, in y'all's case, lingering above, setting upon ground hovering amass the gates. If you are standing ten meters outside of what you thought was the 15m cloud, you will be hit. If you are standing 10m outside of the 30m cloud, you would be hit.

Whereas Tsubaki's armor may protect her from electrocution, it does not prevent the sundering of the armor due to lack of hardness from the first attack and the shock status effect, nor does it prevent the second degree burns and stun from the second attack. On top of that, the combat armor which you are wearing requires a C rank Strength, in which you normally have D rank, without preforming Blossom, so not only are you encumbered, having the lack of strength to wear the armor you would be penalized in both coordination and speed, by the lack of strength needed to carry the armor. Besides the weight, and without the sufficient strength and speed to whip your spine to hit me, you are indeed hit by the lightning jolt before you could sling it forwards.

BTW, for FYI Ocularyst didn't break through the clouds above. His corkscrew was intended within the cloud when he jumped over Takeo, Kyojin, and the civilians. However, his Air Jump, allowed by his speed, would cause him shift direction from an Arch, to a straight line at his peak, down wards to the ground, so he didn't exit the cloud until he was outside of it and the right of the gates, left of thr gates for all of you. Furthermore, none would be able to see him, casting his attack, or pinpoint him accurately while he was inside, or them, outside the cloud. Besides, my speed vs all of your perception, you could hardly see me skipping amongst the field or casting.

I case of all whom were standing inside and outside the gates, you are all shocked and stunned, excluding Takeo and Kyojin, whom are infact dead due to the lack of constitution from five A rank blast against thier C rank constitution.

Also it was noted that after I stunned Takeo the first time, I was going to just exit and leave, although, Kyojin provoked me by spitting water severing wave, he edited his post, before I noticed, however Ive advanced to destroy the gates. Kirigakure doesn't have a wall, and only it's Secrecy is A Rank, without proper defences. In doing so I was hoping in continuing my leave after that post. I was hoping that this OOC would clear up any confusion of my post, posting potential from my adversaries, and my escape.

Description: The caster gathers chakra within thier body and begin to emit the plumes of clouds from eyes, mouth, nostrils, ears, hands and feet. The clouds will pan and drift from the pores of thier body, creating a large white mass of fluff around them. Alternatively, the caster can allocate the space around them, in thier range, to manifest clouds within thier distance. The clouds naturally grow in size, 3 meters per rank for intellect of the caster, as they move forth, panning larger akin the range which they travel, absorbing water in the atmosphere as they move forward. The pure clouds are white and transclucent, allowing all those whom lay thier eyes upon them to see roughly throughout them, even if providing mild obscurity. The manifestation of casting speed and manueverability are on par of the base rank of the caster's intelligence. The perception of adversaries within the cloud is reduced by a tier disadvantage { ★ } so long as they are within the cloud. Naturally, adversaries are also soaked upon entering and exiting the cloud, covering them with water droplets and keeping them moist. Supplimentarly, if there are clouds which have been previous manifested by the caster, they can utilize the cloud, akin mediums, for the growth, regeneration, and creation of new plumes in appropiation of upkeep. In layman terms, if a cloud was created, for upkeep, the cloud can increase in size and replicate at base rankage of the caster's intellect. Upon dispersion, the pure clouds burst in a gust of air, knocking back adversaries ten meters.

While upon, or within, a cloud, the caster is gifted suspension upon the cloud, allowing celeric movement throughout the air. The clouds only move as swift as the rank of intellegence of the caster. The cloud suspension technique also gift the caster an tier advantage { ★ } in coordination in regards to movement, manuevering, and casting while within or on a plume of cloud.
