Seal Proficiency -Can perform handseals with one hand, which reduces Coordination by 1 Tier when employed.
Bloodline Unlocked -Starts with 250 additional Experience, but all Experience earned goes towards this debt until it's paid off.

Hair as red as the setting sun, softer than silk and long and flowing like the ocean tide is the first thing most people notice about Tori. Her eyes are green as freshly polished emeralds, holding steady the gaze of those that try to drift their eyes from her hair down to her trained, fit body. She's the sort to catch the attention of every man with visage, features, and form perplexing to the eye; none can decide which they prefer, and most find their longstanding preferences altered for the sake of this one girl.
Tori is well aware of her beauty and proudly flaunts it with a body suit that is more like a second skin, revealing every minute detail and curve without showing any glimmer of skin below the neck. This suit spans her entire body save only the hands and feet, which are adorned with similarly tight gloves and heeled boots stretching to her mid-upper arms and mid thighs, respectively. They are colored gold to match the sash she wears across her hips, tied snug to her form and flowing long and free nearly to her ankle from the side of her right hip. Across her chest is the emblem of a bird in flight, also colored gold to match the only steady color scheme on her clothing, for the base suit can be any one of green, red, or white depending on her state at that particular time.
Her eyes may sometimes emit a powerful white light when employing her bloodline, and her form may become hazy to the eye as it is enveloped in heat.

"I'm sorry, but this has to be the last time." The academy teacher explained to the two concerned parents. "If she breaks one more rule, we have no choice but to expel her."
Mister Kawozaka stood and bowed. "Please forgive her; it will not happen again." The academy instructor sighed and said goodbye to the Kawozakas and left. Even as the door slid to a close, the worried look on both parents' faces washed away and anger began to overtake them.
"You know what we have to do." Sina said with a tone of finality in her voice. They had discussed this exact scenario every time Tori acted out, and today was the last straw.
Mister Kawozaka nodded and silently departed from the small, lower class house. They had always wanted a daughter, and as adorable a child as Tori was, they thought she would be perfect, but she was turning into more than a handful; they could see how she had gone through so many foster families at such a young age, and as soon as Mister Kawozaka returned, she will have lost another one.
"Another no-show?" Asked a man dressed in a uniform denoting his rank as Jounin of Kumogakure.
"Looks like it." Responded the Chuunin sitting behind the proctor desk. The new round of entrance exams were to begin that day, to decide what rank the shinobi refugees from the Hidden Sand and Stone Villages would enter into the Cloud's ninja force as. Many had scheduled to enter, though plenty, for one reason or another, elected not to show, and the final candidate of the day, a former Chuunin of Sunagakure, was no exception.
She was one of the more interesting candidates, going by the record sent from the Hidden Sand. She had an average level of completions and failures, but the talent she showed during spar combat and her two rank examinations indicated that she was above average, so the number of failures should be lower. What's more, missions with designated targets ended with the targets burned alive, maimed, untouched, or not found in the first place, with no correlation between those results and the mission's difficulty or instructions. The proctors and a few higher ups in Kumo were looking forward to seeing why this was, but they weren't going to get that chance today. The Jounin in charge signed her off as Genin and gave it no further thought.

Tori has three personalities, similar to disassociative identity disorder, but without a distinct separation; they all identify as Tori but are wildly altered versions that share memories and are triggered by emotional response.
Tori's base state is labeled 'Green'. When Green, Tori is her normal, carefree, and fun-loving self. She is extremely social and spontaneous, seeking thrills and good times wherever she can. This often leads to slacking in her responsibilities and can cause friction with those that are more strict and structured.
'Red' is the state caused by anger, and drastically shifts Tori's mind to the darker end of the moral spectrum. She becomes a loner, dissatisfied with her "fun" being enjoyed by anyone but herself. This new brand of thrill seeking no longer looks for adventure or what the typical person would deem amusing. She becomes sadistic, deriving pleasure in the suffering of others to a point that she may even turn murderous. While Green may care more about herself, she still finds value in life, but Red sees others as mere playthings, to be broken and tossed aside at her liesure. Imagine what happens when angered.
Tori's Red state very often commits actions that Green will regret, triggering the 'White' form. White is a much more reserved version than the other two, turning a very extroverted individual into a social recluse, where she will be overcome with silence and shy away from people and difficult situations. White may seem to fear people with her behavior, and though she is isolating herself in a way more extreme than Red, she cares more deeply for them than either of her other states. White is the type to want peace among everyone and actively seek solutions that benefit all.
