Akemi is a classically beautiful girl of 18 years of age. She is a tall fair-skinned girl with knee-length silver hair that has bangs swept to the right side, vibrant, almost otherworldly green eyes, full pink lips and a cute girl-next-door face. She is usually seen wearing various outfits that all share the gothic lolita style of fashion.

Character Personality: Akemi has garnered attention for her immense beauty for practically her entire life. Ironically, this has always proven to be a "judging a book by its cover" situation, as in reality she is quite an off-putting person, suffering from what is colloquially called "Chuunibyou," or ""middle-second syndrome' since she was a young teen. This has lead her to often act aggressive, overly boastful, withdrawn, and delusional. Akemi is completely confident in all her claims of possessing "secret powers" and "holding back her true strength" to test opponents, though this usually turns out to be little more than a bluff. She still sells it every time, and those meeting her can initially be unsure as to which things she says are true and which are lies.

Her interests include taxidermy, archeology, dissecting living and dead organisms, making art from discarded animal parts and garbage, and reading tarot cards. Akemi is a uniquely creative person in all of her endeavours, especially in the creation of jutsu and unorthodox strategies in the heat of battle. Despite her odd proclivities, Akemi also has a genuine, vulnerable side that she tries her best never to let slip, although intense stress and/or fully trusting someone can make it happen. She can be a bit boy-crazy at times, and cute boys are her weakness. Akemi holds the belief that everything from the macro world down to the microscopic one is all a part of one ever-turning infinite inescapable cycle of birth, life, death, and rebirth.
