This alone can strike the target's lower legs, but the primary focus of this technique causes dirt or sand from the environment to rise up in fine particles similar to the Dust Wind Technique. This cloud of particles rise at speeds equal to the user's Coordination up to the max range and can cover the victim's eyes in dust. Additionally, this creates a slick surface similar to Dust Wind Technique making it difficult to get good footing.
Grants +2 advantages to Coordination for the swing.
Weaknesses: While the fine dust particles makes footing more challenging, it can be remedied by a strong enough force to displace or wash out the dust particles as nothing keeps it in place.
