This cloud of particles rise at speeds equal to the user's Coordination up to the max range and can cover the victim's eyes in dust. Additionally, this creates a slick surface similar to Dust Wind Technique making it difficult to get good footing.

    Grants +2 advantages to Coordination for the swing.
    Weaknesses: While the fine dust particles makes footing more challenging, it can be remedied by a strong enough force to displace or wash out the dust particles as nothing keeps it in place.
