Dragon Pulse Rank: A Power: A Requirement: Weapon affected by Chakra Flow: Lightning Element: Lightning Skill: Ninkenjutsu Handseals: -- Classification: Secret Ninkenjutsu Parent Technique: Dragon Stance, Dragon Awakening Range: Swing Arc: 180° Distance Traveled: 0-100m Wave Height: 10 meters tall Wave Width: 20m width Speed: A Activation Cost: 20 CP Upkeep Cost: -- Description The user swings their weapon, affected by Chakra Flow: Lightning, in a 180° arc causing a wave of electrical energy gets shot through the user's weapon. Those struck by the wave are dealt A Rank Slashing/Piercing Lightning Damage and the targets will be dealt with a -1(-) Tier debuff to their Coordination as the lightning causes synapses within their bodies to falsely fire as well as numb them for 3 posts. The Lightning shot from the user's weapon is capable of pulverizing rocks up to 10m thick. Weaknesses Indiscriminate technique that can affect the user's allies. The user MUST be able to swing their weapon in a 180° arc in order for this technique to activate. Will not activate if the user can't swing in a full arc. Due to the swing arc and the widespread devastation, this technique is NOT advised to be used within close quarters combat.

Claw of the Rising Dragon Fury of Hiryu Rank: B Power: B Requirement: -- Element: Lightning Skill: Ninkenjutsu Handseals: -- Classification: Secret Parent Technique: Dragon Style Range: Weapon's Range Speed: -- Activation Cost: 10 CP Upkeep Cost: -- Description The user swings their blade in a circular arc upwards, slicing them with the user's blade. The user then spins around once more performing a jumping slash, popping them upwards about 2 meters. This attack gains +1 Tier Speed for approaching the target. This attack deals damage equal to the user's sword's damage. Weaknesses If the target has strength higher than the user, they will be immune to this attack's pop-up.

St. Elmo's Fire Rank: A Power: A Requirement: Any Rank of Denrankyugan active Element: Lightning Skill: Ninjutsu | Raiton Handseals: Tiger | Snake | Rat | Cat | Dragon Classification: Secret Parent Technique: -- Range: 0-100m Speed: A Activation Cost: 20 CP Upkeep Cost: -- Description The user is required to have the Denrankyugan active and able to see someone's electrical signature. The user will target the nearest person they can see and the user extends a single hand out, shooting a bolt of electricity to the first target. This jutsu will deal A Rank Piercing Lightning Damage to the target. This will automatically jump to the next closest person that the user can see their electrical signature. This bolt will continue to jump from target to target until the bolt reaches 100m in distance. Weaknesses The user must be careful! If the user's friendly allies are within their field of view, the bolt of lightning can accidentally jump to a friendly ally and deal damage to them. This may not double back and attack the target more than once.

Lightning Dragon Breath Rank: A Power: A Requirement: -- Element: Lightning Skill: Ninjutsu | Raiton Handseals: Dragon | Rat | Dragon | Cat Classification: Secret Parent Technique: -- Range: 0-100m Speed: A Activation Cost: 20 CP Upkeep Cost: 10 CP Description After the user performs the handseals, the user opens their mouth and spews out a bolt of lightning out of their mouth. Taking damage from this technique will deal A Rank piercing Lightning damage to the target. The user is able to hold this technique for a longer duration. The lightning from this technique can drill into 2 meters worth of stone and wood. The user may turn their head in order to strafe the Lightning. The user may hold the technique to continue to drill into the stone/wood/target. Weaknesses If the user can't open their mouth, they won't be able to use this technique.
