Unique Abilities:
Chakra Drain: Hibiki is capable of draining chakra from others. This UA allows her to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave him more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.
Without using techniques, she can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with them using his forearms or hands, although he has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.
Every time she makes contact with someone, she can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if she sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Hibiki up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Hibiki's base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This cannot set her over his maximum pool of chakra either.
Flicker Master: Hibiki can use the Body Flicker with no seal, but she takes a -1 tier to her Coordination when this is done.
Focused Mind: By focusing very hard on her thinking processes Hibiki is capable of boosting her Intelligence by +1 tier in exchange for lowering her Perception by -1 tier and a cost of 5 cp.
Appearance:
Hibiki is a dark skinned teenage girl with medium-length carmine red hair and thick eyebrows. She has bright guileless aqua blue eyes and an even brighter smile. Notably, she has a taller stature than most kunoichi her age standing at 170 cm or approximately 5' 7" and is considered to be fairly light for her size. She has a thin but athletic frame with a fairly size-able chest, though the clothes she typically wears tend to conceal or downplay her bust.
She usually wears a headband on her head and her hair is tied in a low ponytail. When let loose, it hangs all the way down to the middle of her back.. Her favorite outfit is a Uniform that was gifted to her, consisting of a white and black jacket with gold accents and tie, with a matching pair of white short pants, black boots and black socks.

History:
Descent into the Afterlife
Where there is light, so too must there be shadows. Each Hidden village for all its pretense at civilization has its Darkside. A Black ops Organization off the official books. For Konoha it was Mockingbird, For Kiri it was Undercurrent. It was only a matter of time before something similar formed in the land of earth.
In 930 when Iwagakure collapsed due to internal dysfunction a small group of extremists led by a man only known as Father splintered off to form their own organization Hades in the hopes of restoring Iwa to its former glory.
Taking advantage of the lawless state of the Land of Earth, Hades began to perform what would typically be considered immoral and illegal human experimentation in the form of various projects with various goals in mind such as making better baseline for their soldiers, improving upon Clans to eliminate perceived weaknesses or even in one particular case attempting to produce a living anti-bijuu weapon.
Over the years since their founding Hades experienced ups and downs, Iwagakure was occupied by Konoha before they were ready to take over, much to their consternation. However their fortunes turned with the Avant of the First Shinobi War as in the confusion and the chaos it became trivial to snatch up new Subjects.
Experiment subject H181K1 Case File
Little is known about Subject H181K1 before acquisition by the organization Hades in the year 937 A.S. It is estimated she was born around roughly 928. Her family had moved to a Tetsudashi clan outpost after the collapse of Iwa and was living peacefully until a group of Uchiha led by the War Hero Kimiko, attacked the complex practically razing it to the ground.
By the time Father arrived to the rescue the adult Tetsudashi had all perished and the Uchiha had already fled, leaving only a small group of children behind who had been mercifully spared. With their paperwork gone they were taken into Hades custody with the general public none the wiser and were placed into Project Re-forge, an attempt at making a stronger Tetsudashi.
Over the course of several months The subject was given a cocktail of various growth enhancement drugs and chemicals which produced mixed results. Her overall Physical stats are considered to be above average for her age, especially her strength when you consider how slim her build is. However this came at the cost of her mental health as she was reduced to a state most would consider to be intellectually challenged.
Believe it or not that was a positive outcome compared to most of the rest of her testing patch. On average they were left near-mindless, leaving them with little purpose then as attack dogs. Father not expecting perfection on the first pass was pleased with these results. With the data Hades had gained the next generation of subjects could be optimized to have similar or even greater physical base states without the mental degradation.
With Testing on the first batch complete, the problem became what to do with the more successful Subjects Next. Further chemical argumentation was out of the question as it risked collapsing their minds rendering them catatonic and unable to serve. Unacceptable at a time when the village Hades severed needed warm bodies on the field more than ever. The Subjects regardless of age were given a modicum of training and deployed as soldiers late into the conflict. Though short it would be an experience in which very few of them would survive.
Out of the Fire, Into the Frying Pan
The Subject had returned, bathed the blood of her enemies and allies alike. Now considered to be a model of success she transferred into Project Divine Arms under the theory that exposure to ancient forbidden rituals would awaken the latent ability of her bloodline beyond Impervious Armour Stage 3.
For a while seemed to be going well however with the War’s end the Organization could no longer afford be so cavalier with lives as acquiring more test subjects was becoming increasingly more and more difficult, especially with the rise of the Saigo Tsuchikage Diana Elena Moneta Korikane-Kotōshura who cracked down on the crime infested mess her country had become.
For the first time in years Hades could no longer afford to act practically in the open with impunity. Forced underground progress on their various projects ground to a virtual halt. In order to continue their research even more extreme measures would be necessary. Recently Father decided that if they could not acquire more test subjects he would simply make more himself and began arrangements to transfer the Subject to Operation Incubator against the wishes of her handlers.
Perhaps he hoped that her enhancements would prove to be genetic, or perhaps he was just getting desperate. Either way if this transfer was completed the Subject would suffer an even crueler fate than anything the organization had put her thought so far.
The Rescue
Fate seemed to have other plans in mind for this girl. For various reasons the Kohana Jounin Airi Ohara had selected a small backup team to send a message to the Tsuchikage Diana after the Primary team had failed. The B-team soon arrived at Iwagakure only to discover that Diana was seemingly nowhere to be found.
In the process of trying to locate her they stumbled across information about the location of a Hades base and the sordid type of experimentation that was going on inside. Information that was purposefully leaked to them by one of the organization members who’d had a change of heart.
After a short debate The B-Team settled on storming the base in the middle of the night. Since they weren’t getting anywhere in their search they were hoping that an attempt to expose such corruption in the city would flush Diana into the open. Swiftly crushing all Opposition the B-team was horrified when after discovering the subject, malnourished and sitting in a cell wearing nothing more than a skimpy bodysuit and dog tags with her serial number on them.
Telling her they would take her to safety she replied “Is that an order?” in a deadpan tone. Flustered, the team had a choice to make. Turn the Subject over to authorities in Iwa or bring her back with them to Konoha. The Team leader sensing an opportunity to make up for failing his primary mission decided on the latter. Over the years and occupations Konoha had acquired several of Iwa’s bloodlines but never a Tetsudashi.
Perhaps the girl could be the start of their own Iron legion. Ironically this thought was similar to how Hades wanted to use her, the main difference being in how humanly they planned to treat her. In Iwa she had been nothing more than a test subject while in Konoha she would be made a normal citizen.
With her original name literally lost to the ashes of time, The Team brought her back to Airi who decided to christen the girl Hibiki after the numbers on her serial tag and gave her the last name Mercury to symbolize a type of metal in flux, capable of great change in the hopes that Hibiki would be able to live a more normal life from now on.
Personality:
On the surface Hibiki is a simple-minded and carefree young woman. She is Outgoing, friendly, and perhaps overwhelmingly optimistic, but because of her unique upbringing she sometimes seems to be ignorant to many basic things and can be somewhat lacking when it comes to communication skills.
Hibiki also tends to make louder physical and verbal reactions in situations, especially when she is surprised or shocked. She always tries to carry a positive and excited demeanor in her daily life and interactions with others. In this regard, she forces herself to keep a smile on for others. Whenever she gets nervous or scared, Hibiki tends to cross her arms over her chest with her hands by her face in a defensive manner.
She is very sensitive about certain topics - Father and her past, especially the past between the two of them. She also has a softer side, frequently hiding her feelings about things and rarely showing herself being sad to anyone whenever it's a problem related to herself, but can also be touched and easily cry if hearing sad stories. However, when she does open up, she can be fiercely loyal to those she cares about.
Hibiki is very dependent on the trust and approval of others to help herself feel validated. She is very apologetic to her friends when she thinks something is wrong, and she often looks for chances to make herself useful.
One of her biggest goals is founding an orphanage to help people like herself and bring more younger people to the village. She sees it as her duty to help struggling children. However, her willingness to serve and trust others can leave her vulnerable to people with manipulative intentions, and she often fails to realize people's ulterior motives.
Hibiki doesn't want to fight unless she necessarily has to and doesn’t want to have pointless battles when she believes the problem could be talked about calmly first. However, when the times call for it, she can become very serious and quite reliable in combat, gladly rushing into battle in order to help people who are in danger.
While she can act decisively in combat situations, Hibiki also lacks awareness of the stakes of violence and death, In sparring matches, she often makes brutals and near-lethal attacks on the other party which disturbs both her opponents and her friends. She is willing to fight and even kill if it means protecting the ones she loves, but she often remains visibly disconnected from the violence she causes. Her nonchalance can unsettle those closest to her.
Overall, Hibiki’s passionate and driven nature make her a formidable opponent and a valuable ally. Her intense dedication and fearlessness, coupled with her straightforward mind and deep loyalty, make her a powerful force to be reckoned with

- Meeting Kimiko:
The girl huddled in the corner of a room while the harsh crackle of flames roared around her. Her mother and father, her aunts and uncles were already all dead and it seemed like now it was only a matter of time until she joined them. Part of her wanted to go with them, not wanting to be left alone but by the same token she was also afraid to perish. In her fear she was hallucinating the sounds of people telling her mean things. “Traitor.” “Coward.” “It should have been you…” but then a lone voice cut through the despair.
“It’s ok, I won’t let anyone hurt ya today.” said a woman with blazing crimson red eyes that seemed to glow with an intensity that rivaled the flames around her. This was the same woman who unbenounced to the girl had participated in the slaughter of the outpost. Some might have been frightened by her appearance but to the girl this woman was the most heroic figure in the world.
With a smile and a wave the woman was gone and rescued if you could call it that soon came. In the days that followed with the poking and prodding that was done to her, the girl hung on to the memory of that woman. It was a shame she had only specified today instead of saying ever again but the kindness she had shown inspired the girl to hang on through her torment, hoping that one day they would meet again.
