Personality:

Roen was an ancient creature. Born of hunger. Hunger for war...hunger for power....Hunger for more. Humanities hunger for all things had to eventually gather. Forming into a being as old as recorded time. At first it was but a cub that could never satiate itself. In mankind's youth they had little to yearn for. Perhaps back then it may have been possible to quell him. To banish him like an evil spirit. But man was not threatened by such a small power. Leave it to its woods. Over time though mankind grew. They coveted what others had and competed over silly things like money. Yet their hunger for it all grew in turn. As it grew so too did the wolf. When Chakra was introduced to mankind it eventually made its way to Roen. After the ten tails had been split and the Bijuu sealed chakra found Roen. And a ravenous Roen consumed the man. Finding its hunger fed by this chakra it began to run rampant. Driven by hunger it at its fill of people....finally slumbering after the chaos he wrought. There in his slumber the remaining villagers sealed him away. Locking him as a secret and naming the land....the land of wolves.

Roen himself is old. He finds humans tiresome and indirect. Never getting to the point. Chatter for sake of filling space with noise is bothersome when he could be napping. Roen himself is a lazy creature. With no fear for the passage of time he yearns for little else than to feed his belly. Food comes to him and the hunger is endless anyway. More often than not he will prefer to nap than to actually attack people within his territory so long as they are respectful. However Roen is a wolf and therefore is protective of what he considers his. To disrespect his territory is to invite violence. He is quick to snap when bothered and quicker to kill when disrespected. However beneath it all is a seething endless pit. Almost a pain in his stomach of an endless depth. A hole to steal all the chakra he can eat. It is his primary goal in a fight to consume it all. However the idea of a host doesn't seem all too bad....yet Roen won't bow before anyone easily. They ask things of him and it too is a bother from his naps. To be worthy of being more important than his naps would require an impressive person.

Bijuu's Unique Ability:

Dark Energy: The host of Rōen has the ability to manipulate Dark Release
Chakra Scent: Everyone who uses chakra leaves a scent for Rōen and it's host to be able to smell. The user is capable of accurately picking up on a scent, no matter how miniscule as long as chakra was used. This would leave a scent-signature that Rōen and it's host can follow. The user is capable of accurately pointing out where chakra is is used with it's range varying.
- Base Range: 500m
- With Control: 750m -- Once sensed, this will also give the user an accurate depiction to how big the target's chakra pool is, but cannot differentiate between the different chakra pools.
- With Bond: 1000m -- The user is capable of differentiating the differences between chakra pools -- to include if the target has accumulated Senjutsu Chakra or if the target has a Bijuu providing them with chakra.

Description

Tailed Beast Bomb is the ultimate technique of the Bijuu themselves giving unprecedented destructive potential. Capable of leveling mountains with a single blast. This technique has multiple variations in its use and all will be described below.

Variant 1

The first variation is a weakened version of the true Tailed Beast Bomb and is a simple ball of chakra fired swiftly and without any charge time. These ‘potshots’ of chakra have a diameter of 5m and have S rank speed but only A rank power. They can travel for up to 200m before dissipating and when impacting explode in a 20m diameter around. Each of these orbs only cost 10 CP. This version is available to a bijuu and a Jinchuriki in V2 cloak or higher.

Variant 2

The next variation is a bit stronger than the last. The bijuu (or Jin) charges up a blast of chakra and fires it in a compressed beam that does devastating damage to an area. The beam itself is 20m wide and tall and travels up to a Kilometer before dissipating. A bijuu or Jinchuriki in V2 Cloak or higher can use this version however the base power levels change. A Jinchuriki in V2 cloak of higher can fire it off quickly at A rank power or spend a post charging it to bring it’s power up to S. A full bijuu can fire it quickly at S power or spend a post charging it to bring it’s power to X. Showcasing the true destructive might of the creatures. All forms of the beam travel at S+ speed. This version costs 20 CP at base and 30 if charged.

Variant 3

The final variation of Tailed Beast Ball is the giant orb function that only Bijuu or Jin in the full bijuu transformation can achieve. This version is 50m wide in diameter and travels for up to a kilometer before dissipating, however if it impacts something will explode in a 500m diameter explosion. This version has S rank speed and power and costs 30 CP per usage.

Initial Jinchuuriki Mode
This is a state in which the Bijuu's power slowly leaks over the host's body, creating a cloak of red chakra (that is invisible to the naked eye) and eminates some sort of vile energy that can clearly be felt. The Jinchuuriki's eyes will change to match that of the Bijuu's and the body will be increased slightly.

Seal Integrity Damage

Activation: This is a response to extreme stress, when the Jinchuuriki loses control over their emotional state, and the Bijuu's influence is allowed to seep into the subconscious. Animalistic instincts begin to take over, even as the nails and teeth elongate into sharp pointed ends.

Activation: When the loss of emotional control reaches a point that the Jinchuuriki is not recovering, by either:

Remaining in the Initial Jinchuuriki Mode for 3 Posts (5 Posts if mastered)

If the Bijuu was forced to use Major Healing

In the case of Shukaku, chakra does not leak out as a cloak, but instead, sand covers half of the body, making the same changes as the Initial Jinchuuriki mode, but with enlarged features -- similar to the One-Tail itself.

Tendrils
Tapping further into Rōen's power, the user's chakra cloak is now much thicker and much more noxious and amorphous in appearance. This is the stage where the user obtains black tendrils sprouting from their Chakra Cloak. Like Rōen, the user gains 2 prehensile tendrils.

The user gains 2 Tentacles, each being 5 meters long and have Roen's Constitution and Coordination. The tentacles are capable of manipulating objects, wielding weapons, or simply striking targets with the tentacle itself. While in Version One, the user gains access to:

Additional Note
An additional ability, unique to Version One, is the self-sufficiency of the cloak. Because the cloak is not condensed around the user -- as in Version Two -- and is of sufficient potency to take a physical form. Unlike Initial Jinchuuriki Mode, Version One's cloak can act of it's own accord, moving separate from the user to confuse the enmy by thinking two attacks are happening at once. This confusion reduces the Perception of the enemy by 1 Tier and has been known to scramble the Sharingan's, once-thought flawless powers of prediction.

Activation: After undergoing extreme stress, such as:

Emotions running wildly out of control
Remaining in Version One for 3 Posts (5 if Mastered)

The cloak will condense over the skin and expand into an orb that explodes with extreme pressure. This can create a large crater in the ground and blow away massive trees and boulders and burn anything still standing. This explosion is option and has a 50m radius around the Jinchuuriki, traveling at S-Rank speed, and inflicts A-Rank damage. What remains after the explosion is the Jinchuuriki, coated in a chakra cloak -- not unlike Version One -- but of such density that only a dark crimson shape can be seen.

Tendrils
The pinnacle of Rōen's power, the user's entire body is now covered in completely black chakra, now taking on a more bestial form. The user will gain the exact same eyes of Rōen with the Chakra Cloak now equaling twice the user's size. The user's 2 tendrils are now increased to 4.

User gains 4 Tentacles, each being 10 meters long and have Rōen's Constitution and Coordination. The tentacles are capable of manipulating objects, wielding weapons, or simply striking targets with the tentacle itself. Upon touching a tentacle, it deals 5 Chakra damage and feeding it directly into Rōen's chakra once per tentacle per post.

Note
Normally, a tail is added after 3 Posts of consistent use, but in Version Two, if the Jinchuuriki's Intelligence hits E-Tier, a tail is added every single post until the maximum. When a Jinchuuriki is at the maximum amount of tails, with E-Tier Intelligence, the seal begins to burn -- Tripling the rate at which the Seal Integrity deteriorates while in Version Two. The Jinchuuriki will be unable to deactivate the mode, meaning that unless someone else intervenes, the Tailed Beast will be unleashed and the Jinchuuriki will die.

Additional Access
While in Version Two, the user gains access to:

Tailed Beast Ball -- But only a Partial A-Rank Version of it

Tailed Beast Modes

This is, arguably, the most powerful ability of a Jinchuuriki. The Jinchuuriki is able to use the Bijuu's power to recreate it as a perfect replica, potentially, with full access to the Bijuu's original power. This is incredibly difficult to master and takes great time and practice. Once, in any of the following transformations, the Jinchuuriki can gain access to the fully powered Tailed Beast Ball.

Initial Transformation
EXP Cost: 0 EXP
Requirements: Mastered Initial Jinchuuriki Mode, Mastered Version One Jinchuuriki Mode, Mastered Version Two Jinchuuriki Mode
The Transformation is similar to a Combination Transformation technique performed with a giant summon. Rōen is created in perfect form, but it's power is not yet fully accessible. For each post this is used, 15 CP is deducted from Rōen's chakra. If the Jinchuuriki attempts to use this without mastering the required forms, the transformation will fail and the Jinchuuriki will become a comical miniature version of Rōen that has the same stats as the Jinchuuriki at base.

Effect: -3 Tiers to all Bijuu's Stats

Partial Transformation
EXP Cost: 250 EXP
Requirements: Same as Initial
Now a considerable amount of Rōen is beginning to project into the Transformation as the Jinchuuriki becomes more accustomed to properly siphoning that power. Initial Transformation will cost 15% of Rōen's chakra per post. Using Partial Transformation costs 15 CP per post and the Jinchuuriki must have activated the Initial at least 10 different times over 10 topics.

Effect: -2 Tiers to all Bijuu's Stats

Advanced Transformation
EXP Cost: 250 EXP
Requirements: Partial Transformation obtained and Control
The Jinchuuriki is now near the full might of their Bijuu. Advanced Transformation costs 20 CP per post.

Effect: -1 Tier to all Bijuu's Stats

Complete Transformation

After having used Advanced 20 times over 20 different topics, the Jinchuuriki may now use the full might of Rōen. Complete Transformation costs 25 CP per post

Master Transformation

Requirements: Complete Transformation and Bond
Does not provide any increase to the power of the Tailed Beast Mode, but it does allow the user to gain access to 6 tentacles, each 150m in length. Each tentacle is capable of sapping 5 chakra from a target with this doubling to 10 when used upon another Bijuu (whether it is freed or a Jinchuuriki in Tailed Beast Mode).

Chakra Modes

Chakra Mode is the state a Jinchuuriki enters when they decide to use the Bijuu's chakra, in full, and apply it to their bodies. This can happen when the Jinchuuriki has acquired Control over the Tailed Beasts's Chakra and can quickly burn up the seal, making it very difficult to use with weaker seals. This cloak takes on a flaming appearance with color varying by Jinchuuriki and Bijuu, as just like one's chakra is colored by one's unique Yin-Yang energy balance -- so too -- is the Chakra mode colored by the unique balance between Bijuu and Host. There are different levels for this mode based on general Bijuu mastery and use of this ability.
Effect: Chakra Mode provides an S++ Rank Defense

Cloak
EXP Cost: 0 EXP
Requirement: Control
The Jinchuuriki's Chakra mode appears as a simple shroud of flame-like chakra coating the body and clothing. This takes on the shape of the host with the sole addition of sealing patterns based on the specific Fuuinjutsu used to contain Rōen. This level can use all Tailed Beast abilities, save only for the full-sized Tailed Beast Ball, though it can still make use of the smaller A-Rank variant.

Effect:

The user gains access to 4 Tentacles, each being 10m long and absorb 5 Chakra upon touching a target. Each tentacle may only touch a target and drain their chakra once per post. This chakra is given to Rōen.
The user has an area of 5 meters around them that, if anyone steps into that area, will drain 5 Chakra from them as long as they remain in the area. This chakra is given to Rōen.

Chakra Cost: 30 CP per post from the Jinchuuriki

Shroud
EXP Cost: 0 EXP
Requirement: Bond
The coating of Chakra Mode enhances to form it's own cloak-like appearance, covering the Jinchuuriki in an extra set of clothing made entirely from the energy of Rōen. The seal markings present in the Shroud-Level enchances and spread further and the eyes change to resemble that of Rōen's.

Effect:

Same effect as Shroud, except the chakra drained from the tentacles and the area may be given to either the Jinchuuriki or Rōen (user decides upon using).

Chakra Cost: 30 CP per post from the Bijuu's Chakra

Unity
EXP Cost: 500 EXP
Requirement: Shroud and Cloak unlocked
The Jinchuuriki and Rōen become accustomed to unifying their energies and are able to synchronize on a far higher level than before. Rather than shelving their own chakra, Jinchuuriki are able to combine and enhance it with their Rōen's chakra, using the impressive potency of the demonic chakra to bolster their own reserves.

Effect: No longer does Rōen's Stamina stat replace the Jinchuuriki's. The Jinchuuriki's and Rōen's Stamina Pool (CP) are added together for this purpose.
Chakra Cost: 30 CP per post from the combined Chakra

Mastery
EXP Cost: 500 EXP
Requirement: Unity Unlocked
So much experience has the Jinchuuriki gained in using the Rōen's chakra that they can manipulate each other's energies as their own. The Jinchuuriki can now use chakra to enter into the Tailed Beast Mode, standing amidst the head or within the arms, hands, feet, or tails behind a veil of translucent (but very solid) Rōen energy. It will appear just as Rōen does, but with the same color and seal pattern as are present in the Chakra Mode and, should the Jinchuuriki have reached the Master Level of Tailed Beast Mode, they can partially form parts of Rōen out of chakra -- without the need to actually change their own bodies. The Jinchuuriki has the ability to project Tailed Beast Mode beyond their body. It drains chakra at it's own cost, in conjunction with whatever the Jinchuuriki uses, but Rōen can fight as a summon would -- separate from it's host and with it's full power. The actual power of this level is determined by the level of Tailed Beast Mode that the Jinchuuriki has acquired.

The Hungering Seal

In order to become a Jinchuuriki, the character must first have a Fuuinjutsu technique capable of sealing Rōen into their body created.

Seal Creation
These Seals will be created, custom-wise, like any other Custom Jutsu. Each Technique will describe it's own sealing process, as they can be very similar or completely different. All generally result in Rōen being entirely contained within the new Jinchuuriki's body. Regardless of the seal used, it will instantly convert into the Hungering Seal -- The conversion, of which, causes an immense amount of pain into the host.

If the Jinchuuriki wishes, they can have a higher ranking seal placed upon them by another Player Character. Afterwards, this must be claimed in their update. This Fuuinjutsu is then the only thing keeping Rōen locked within the host's body and is also what binds the Jinchuuriki's life to Rōen's.

Sealing Rōen
Upon creating the seal, Rōen must be sealed into the new Jinchuuriki IC through a roleplay. This may only be sealed if you are capable of obtaining Rōen. If obtained through obtaining S/X-Class, the Jinchuuriki will automatically be sealed with an E-Rank Seal placed upon them -- once the update is approved.

If the Jinchuuriki wishes, they can have a higher ranking seal placed upon them by another Player Character. Afterwards, this must be claimed in their update. This Fuuinjutsu is then the only thing keeping Rōen locked within the host's body and is also what binds the Jinchuuriki's life to the Rōen's.

Physically Sealing a Bijuu via Roleplay
During an actual, physical fight with an entity (Bijuu, Custom Entity, etc), in order to seal the Entity, the user will require 9 posts in order to seal the Bijuu. This can be lowered by 1 post for every rank of the Seal placed on the potential future Jinchuuriki or within an item:

A Rank Seal: -4 Posts

The recipient of the Bijuu/Entity will be pretty vulnerable during this time so protecting the person sealing the Bijuu/Entity will be essential.

Seal Integrity
Each seal is given a point value based on it's rank. These points represent the remaining Integrity of the seal. Once the Integrity reaches 0, the Jinchuuriki is killed and Rōen is released.

E-Rank Seal Integrity: 025 Seal Integrity
D-Rank Seal Integrity: 050 Seal Integrity
C-Rank Seal Integrity: 100 Seal Integrity

Breaking the Seal
This is a long process that involves forcing demonic chakra through the seal and onto the host. This will steadily (or with a weak seal: quite rapidly) weaken the seal integrity until it finally reaches 0 Seal Integrity -- which will cause the Seal to break. All Fuuinjutsu that contained the Tailed Beasts are inherently linked to the Jinchuuriki's will, such that -- when the host is strong and sound of mind, there may be no chakra leakage at all. In the cases when the Jinchuuriki is wounded or near-death, which may cause the user's will to falter, Rōen will be able to force it's chakra out. This often occurs when the host is wounded and the chakra forces the Bijuu to heal the Jinchuuriki or if the Jinchuuriki suffers from emotional trauma that might unleash one of the Jinchuuriki's Forms.

Using the following will reduce the Seal Integrity:

-01 Seal Integrity: Using your Rōen's Unique Ability
-05 Seal Integrity: Accessing Rōen's Chakra
-10 Seal Integrity: Rōen is forced to use Minor Healing

Reinforcing a Seal
A seal that is reinforced regains some of it's power -- thereby extending the life of the host while allowing for further use of Rōen's abilities. However, a seal CANNOT be made new, no matter how hard the Fuuinjutsu user may try.

In order to reinforce the seal, the user must have the INTELLIGENCE of equal rank of the initial seal placed on the Jinchuuriki in order to re-enforce the seal. Any Bijuu Sealing jutsu will work.
Every time it is reinforced, it is restored to exactly -25 Seal Integrity less than the previous maximum point value. (If a B Rank Seal -- 150 Seal Integrity) is reinforced, it will be brought up to 125 Seal Integrity. If it's reinforced again, it will be brought up to 100 Seal Integrity and so-on until the seal cannot be reinforced any longer (0 Seal Integrity)

Broken Seal
When the seal is broken, the Jinchuuriki will die and the Bijuu will be released into the wild. This is normally instant, but with higher levels of base Constitution, the Jinchuuriki is better able to delay the effects.

Constitution: B: The Jinchuuriki may delay this up to 10 Posts, but is rendered unconscious
Constitution: A: The Jinchuuriki may delay this up to 10 Posts, but will remain conscious, but unable to fight
Constitution: S: The Jinchuuriki may delay this up to 15 Posts and suffer only a single tier reduction to all Physical Stats.

Gaining Control
Upon winning your Control Fight against your Bijuu (explained later), the Jinchuuriki will be allowed a more secure means of using the Bijuu's Power without wearing down the Integrity of the Seal. The Bijuu does not wish to work alongside the Jinchuuriki as the Chakra is still toxic to the seal.

Effect: The above items that reduce Seal Integrity are lowered by 5.

Gaining Bond
Once you have formed a Bond with your Bijuu, the Bijuu will no longer use it's Chakra to deteriorate the seal.

Effect: There is no longer any degradation to Seal Integrity.

Whenever a Jinchuuriki feels that they've reached a point in their journey that full-manipulation of Rōen's power is needed, they may challenge the Rōen in mental combat. This battle will take place in the Jinchuuriki's mind, within a battlefield set as whatever that specific Jinchuuriki sets as the battlefield in their own mindscape (entirely up to the user what the mindscape is -- Naruto's was a basement level factory).

During this battle, the Jinchuuriki will have no access to any of the Rōen's power, and in most cases, will be fighting that Rōen at full strength. The true meaning of this battle is to draw out Rōen's chakra, forcing it to submit. While Rōen may not approve to submitting to a mortal, the point of this fight is to bring the beast to heel.

How to perform a Control Fight
Once the Jinchuuriki is ready, they are to itemize all of their Modifiers (stated later) and then roll the Control Fight Dice. Afterwards, a member of staff will tally up the total score and will pass on whether the fight is completed or whether the fight goes into another round (and with what modifiers).

Any other participant isn't required to roleplay once the die has been cast. The Jinchuuriki, however, is required to post every round. Each round is to be RP'd and rolled individually and may only continue once a member of staff performs an official tally and grants instructions on whether to continue or to stop. (If a member of staff is doing the control fight, another member of staff must do the tally and give orders to continue).

The die roll is to simulate an actual fight with the Bijuu so roleplays should reflect this.

WARNING: Your bodies WILL be vulnerable while stuck in the mindscape performing the Control Fight.

Control Fight Modifiers
The Jinchuuriki must tally up the modifiers that apply to them when they roll the die. The user must use the Control Fight Dice in the thread, itself.

Class Modifiers

+15 Modifier: The Jinchuuriki is an X Class Shinobi. Does not stack with other Class Modifiers. This requires the user to be X Class
+10 Modifier: The Jinchuuriki is an S Class Shinobi. Does not stack with other Class Modifiers. This requires the user to be S Class
+05 Modifier: The Jinchuuriki is an A Class Shinobi. Does not stack with other Class Modifiers. This requires the user to be A Class.

Restricted/Artifact Bonus
If the user has Teammates with them, they may only cover for 1 of the following:

+15 Modifier: If the user's Teammate has an Entity Level Restricted (excluding Investor)
+10 Modifier: If the user (or a single Teammate) owns an Enhanced State Restricted. This Enhanced State must be maxed out (EXP-Wise). This doesn't stack for multiple party members having an Enhanced State. This excludes the Master Craftsmanship Restricted.
+05 Modifier: If the user (or a single Teammate) owns a Restricted Technique. If the Restricted Technique requires EXP, it must be maxed out. This does not stack for multiple party members having a Restricted Technique.
+05 Modifier: If the user (or a single Teammate) owns an X Rank Item or an Artifact (of S or X Rank).
+05 Modifier: If the Jinchuuriki (or a single Teammate) has a 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Does not stack with having an MS.
+10 Modifier: If the Jinchuuriki (or a single Teammate) has a Mangekyou or Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Does not stack with the 3 Tomoe Sharingan. Does not affect Control Fight against Nue.

Additional Bonuses
These cannot be shared, at all, by Teammates

+05 Modifier: Every KKG the user has implanted into them, the user will gain +05 Modifier up to a maximum of +20.
+02 Modifier: Every Exclusive Technique the user owns. These can be obtained either with permission or without. This will stack up to +10 Modifier

Preparation Bonuses
These cannot be shared, at all, and must be performed by the Jinchuuriki.

+10 Modifier: Writing a Comprehensive History, Personality, Relationship with the current host, and other trivia will demonstrate your investment with the entity. When approved, this information will be added to the Bijuu on the site. Request this separately.
+20 Modifier: Writing a Preparation Thread. This thread can be written up to 30 OOC days in advance. This thread will be referenced when the Jinchuuriki is itemizing their modifiers (with a link to this topic). May be a completely separate thread from the Control Fight thread. This thread is required to be, at minimum, 5000 words written by the Jinchuuriki and must be some kind of training -- whether mental, social, physical, emotional, or spiritual training. This can be performed with others to assist the Jinchuuriki (and give them something to RP about).

Teammate
A Jinchuuriki may bring in party members to grant them bonuses (See below on how someone may enter as a Teammate.

+04 Modifier: If the Teammate is X-Class
+03 Modifier: If the Teammate is S-Class
+02 Modifier: If the Teammate is A-Class
+01 Modifier: If the Teammate is B-Class

A Jinchuuriki may only bring in a maximum of 3 Teammates with them to a maximum of +10 Modifier. Only 1 Teammate can cover a single Restricted/Artifact Bonus for the Jinchuuriki

Who can join a Control Fight?
The following people are capable of joining a Control Fight:

Those who possess the Sharingan
Other Jinchuuriki
The one who sealed the Bijuu inside of the Jinchuuriki
Anyone else, assuming a seal is created to invite anyone else

Interrupting a Control Fight
Fight can be interrupted by an outside third-party through various means -- some by Canon and others Custom techniques. Interruption is defined as ending the match between the Bijuu and it's host before one of them wins. This requires the Jinchuuriki to be forcibly pulled from the Mindscape. This can be done the following ways:

The Jinchuuriki's body is dealt damage equal to or greater than their CON. This will instantly stop the control fight.
Any custom techniques, primarily seals, that can be used on the Jinchuuriki to forcibly pull them out of the Control Fight.
Any interruptions will automatically eject any teammates present in the control fight.

Every time a Control Fight is interrupted, the Seal Integrity takes a -100 Seal Integrity hit. This will be followed by a 4 IRL week delay where the user is unable to use the Bijuu's chakra and before another Control Fight can be performed

Death to the Jinchuuriki During a Control Fight
If the Jinchuuriki is killed during a Control Fight, they are instantly killed during a Control Fight. The user's CON will not save them. If the Jinchuuriki dies during a Control Fight, the Bijuu they are attempting to control will appear in the Jinchuuriki's place (leaving behind no corpse) and will fight in an enraged state. An enraged Jinchuuriki gains an additional (++) unique boost to every stat.

You must roll these and have a member of staff 'confirm' the roll. All Rolls are performed out of a 1d100. Your results will be Modifiers + Roll

- 081 - 090: Partial Victory
- 091 - 098: Near Victory
- 099+: Flawless Victory
