Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
So long as there are limits, there will be those seeking to overcome them. This extends even to the blindness of the Mangekyou, where individuals seeking to restore what they have surrendered for power may seek out the eyes of others to restore their sight. While this works, it can be a complicated process.

Requirement: Mangekyou Sharingan

Mangekyou Sharingan Fusion: Once blind, the Mangekyou loses access to all of it's abilities, save only for the dual Technique Susano'o as it doesn't explicitly require sight. The user is required to have a fresh pair of Mangekyou Sharingan eyes, combined with their old Mangekyou Sharingan eyes to create the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

Restoring Sight: If the user of the Mangekyou Sharingan has lost their sight and a new pair of Mangekyou Sharingans are fused to make the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the user will regain their sight.

Keeping Old Mangekyou Abilities: The old Mangekyou Sharingan abilities that the user originally had with their right eye and left eye will overwrite the abilities inherent to the new pair of Mangekyou Sharingan eyes that were fused into their own. Essentially, the user will not lose their already established Mangekyou Sharingan Right and Left Eye Skills. The combined patterns will make a brand new pattern.

Obtaining Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan: There are two ways:

Taking the Mangekyou Sharingan of another player: This can be done through fighting, being given, and even plucking the eyes out of the other player. This is not considered a swap as the new pair of Mangekyou Sharingan eyes have to be 'fused' with the pair that are already in the user's head.
NPC Control Fight: Requires 2k EXP to unlock an NPC Control Fight. If the user emerges victorious, they will be able to use the NPC's eyes to unlock EMS
- Uchiha NPC EMS Unlock Modifiers
  Spoiler:
  The Mangekyou Sharingan Control Fight will use the same modifiers and round results as a Bijuu Control Fight. This fight will follow the exact same rules as a Bijuu Control Fight with the following changes:
  Teammates will not be ejected at Round 3
  Teammates can enter without any special conditions as this is a fight out in the physical world and not in a mental world
  Personality/Lore will be submitted for the NPC of this fight and will count towards the user's Modifiers
  The Uchiha does not gain the bonus modifiers for them and their teammates possessing the Mangekyou Sharingan nor Sharingan.
  The Uchiha performing the Control Fight will gain an additional +10 Modifier if they have an Entity Level Restricted -- ONLY applies if the Uchiha, themselves, have it and not their teammates
  Death is possible, but only for the Uchiha taking the Control Fight. If the Uchiha taking the Control Fight is killed, the NPC will be considered to have fled and is untrackable

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan Benefits:

By having the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the user will no longer take Eye Trauma from using Mangekyou Techniques.
Will return sight to Mangekyou Sharingan that have lost their light

Fusing anything other than Mangekyou Sharingan: You can't exactly fuse another set of Sharingan -- whether One Tomoe, Two Tomoe, Three Tomoe or an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Those cannot fuse with the user's Mangekyou Sharingan to make an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. If the user loses their Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and implants any other rank of Sharingan, it will not instantly return to being an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan -- requiring the user to do the entire process all over again.
