Base Gelel Energy Manipulation:

The user is capable of holding onto the stone, in one hand, and will gain access to 25% of the Gelel Energy (GE) allowed. The user gains access to the technique: Fugai's Howl. |
Fused Gelel Energy Manipulation:
Cost: 500 EXP
The user is required to activate the Gelel Stone in order to gain all benefits. The user fuses with the Stone of Gelel, usually placed upon the back of their hands, but may have the Gelel Stone fused anywhere onto their body. The Stone will appear as a bright blue circle capable of giving off a faint blue light. Fusing with the Gelel Stone makes it a target, and with enough damage, attackers are capable of breaking the stone. Breaking the stone will shut-off the user's ability to use the Gelel Stone for the remainder of the thread and the stone will need to be replaced for the user to regain access to the Enhanced State. Fusion with the Gelel Stone grants great benefits, however the stone will affect the each user differently.
Bonuses The user must state, upon taking this ability, 5 stats to place (++) Unique Boosts onto. The user also gains access to 50% of the GEThe user must choose 1 base element that they have access to. The user is capable of spending full cost of the technique (cannot be reduced) using Gelel Energy to use the technique without requiring Handseals. This will still require charge time and will originate from the Gelel Stone, itself. The user gains access to the technique: Gelel Blast. Notes Once the user is fused with the Gelel Stone, the Gelel Stone cannot be removed. Removing the Gelel Stone will destroy the Gelel Stone.

Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation:
Cost: 1000 EXP Requirement: Fused Gelel Energy
Upon activation, the user will take on a monstrous form. This can be that of a human, that of a wolf-person, cat-person, etc. The form is monstrous in appearance looking only vaguely similar to that of a human being. The user will maintain the Gelel Stone fused into their bodies and will gain additional benefits.
Bonuses The 5 stats that the user placed their (++) Unique Boosts into are now upgraded to +1 Tier Unique Boosts. Two of these stats gain an additional (++) to a maximum of +1(++) Tiers.The user gains access to 100% of the Gelel Energy possible. The user may still use the Gelel Stone, on their chosen base element, to perform ninjutsu through without the use of Handseals. The user may also use Gelel Energy for the price of any ninjutsu/genjutsu techniques that the user has access to. The user also gains access to Gelel Healing and Gelel Laser. Notes Once the user is fused with the Gelel Stone, the Gelel Stone cannot be removed. Removing the Gelel Stone will destroy the Gelel Stone.

Fugai's Howl Rank: B Power: A Activation Cost: 05 Gelel Energy Upkeep Cost: -- Range: 0-50m distance Speed: A Element: Non-Elemental Skill: Ninjutsu Classification: Derived Restricted Requirement: Must be holding the Gelel Stone in one of the user's hands or must be fused with the Gelel Stone Parent Technique: -- Handseals: -- Description- The user gathers Gelel Energy into their throats and the user lets out a howl, causing a 1 meter diameter ball of sound to rush towards the targets. This ball of sound is capable of penetrating through targets. Anything this Ball of Sound hits will deal A Rank Non-Elemental Ninjutsu damage to the target. Anyone with lower than A Rank Strength that is hit with this technique will be launched back 20m. Anyone with lower than A Rank Constitution will suffer from deafness for 3 posts.
Weakness- Hearing Protection of A Rank or higher will protect from the deafness and only the deafness effect.

Gelel Blast Rank: A Power: S Activation Cost: 10 Gelel Energy Upkeep Cost: -- Range: 0-20m Speed: S Element: Non-Elemental Skill: Ninjutsu Classification: Derived Restricted Technique Requirement: Must be Fused with the Gelel Stone, Fused Gelel Energy Manipulation Activated or Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation Activated Parent Technique: -- Handseals: -- Description- This technique originates from the Gelel Stone, itself. Generally fused into the user's palm, it may be fused anywhere they want. However, a pencil-width beam of light shoots in the direction of the user's choosing. The Gelel Blast is capable of penetrating all armor of A Rank and below without any issues -- as if the armor wasn't even there. Gelel Blast will also completely ignore barriers or other defensive structures (whether energy or physical) of A Rank or less. Upon hitting the target, will deal S Rank Non-elemental damage. Very deadly in melee Range.
Weakness- Anything with Hardness of S or greater can stop the Gelel Blast from penetration. This technique has a 2 post cooldown before it can be used again. If the user's Gelel Stone is hidden under clothing or armor, the Gelel Blast will damage the user's own clothing, armor, etc that is in the way.

Gelel Laser Rank: S Power: S Activation Cost: 20 Gelel Energy Upkeep Cost: -- Range: 0-50m Speed: S Element: Non-Elemental Skill: Ninjutsu Classification: Derived Restricted Technique Requirement: Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation Activated Parent Technique: -- Handseals: -- Description- The user shoots out a blueish-green laser beam from the Gelel Stone. This shoots out a 1 foot diameter beam straight to the target with a tapering 'drill' like contrails. Targets may take damage directly from the laser, itself, or from the spiraling contrails. This will deal damage equal to S Rank Non Elemental Damage.
- Charging Laser: You are capable of charging the Gelel Laser for an even more powerful output. Charging Laser makes the jutsu cost 40 Gelel Energy instead. This laser will now be 1 meter in diameter and anything hit by the laser will ignore 1 Tier to the target's Constitution before dealing damage. The jutsu will also have it's range extended to 0-150m and will travel at S+ Speed.
Weakness- The user must have the Gelel Stone exposed when using this technique. If it is covered by anything, the laser will blow deal damage to the user. The user may only Charge Laser twice per battle -- whether hit or miss. This technique will have a 2 post cooldown after use.

Gelel Healing Rank: S Power: S Activation Cost: 30 Gelel Energy Upkeep Cost: -- Range: Self Speed: Instant Element: -- Skill: Ninjutsu Classification: Derived Restricted Technique Requirement: Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation Activated Parent Technique: -- Handseals: -- Description- Upon taking lethal damage, the Gelel Stone will instantly heal the user from lethal damage once per thread. If the user has a broken neck, the user will survive the broken neck and will be able to fix it. If the user has broken limbs, the user can set those back into place. If the user has been decapitated and the Gelel Stone isn't attached to the head, the user may be able to walk over and re-attach their head.
Weakness- Cannot regenerate if the body part holding the Gelel Stone is removed from the body. May only be used once per thread.

Gelel Energy:
Starting Gelel Energy (GE) Everyone, upon gaining Gelel Energy, will start with a fully charged Gelel Stone. This stone will possess 140 Gelel Energy (which is separate from Chakra). Techniques using Gelel Energy cannot be absorbed by any form of Chakra Absorption unless the opposing user also has Gelel Energy.
Gelel Energy (GE) Maximum Pool The maximum amount of Gelel Energy that the Gelel Stone can have is 140. However, the amount of Gelel Energy that can be tapped into depends on how far one has 'attuned' to the Gelel Stone. - Base Gelel Energy Manipulation: 25% of the max equaling 35 Gelel Energy
- Fused Gelel Energy Manipulation: 50% of the max equaling 70 Gelel Energy
- Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation: 100% of the max equaling 140 Gelel Energy
The amount that can be used is on a thread-by-thread basis. All Gelel Energy used will be permanently removed from the user's GE pool until recharged.
Gelel Energy Upkeep: Gelel Energy requires upkeep in order to use. - Base Gelel Energy Manipulation: 0 CP Upkeep -- There is no activation at this rank
- Fused Gelel Energy Manipulation: 5 CP Upkeep per post after Gelel Stone Activation
- Monstrous Gelel Energy Manipulation: 10 CP Upkeep per post after Gelel Stone Activation
Recharging Gelel Energy There are 2 ways of recharging Gelel Energy. - Concentration: The user may, out of a combat situation, be able to recharge their Gelel Stone. This is done by channeling their own chakra into the Gelel Stone. This process will take 3 IRL days to complete -- similar to gathering Senjutsu Chakra
- Proximity to the Gelel Vein: When being near the Gelel Vein, the Gelel Stone will instantly refill. If a Gelel Energy Manipulation user was to fight at the Gelel Vein, the user will have infinite Gelel Energy (GE) at their disposal).
Gelel Energy Enhancement All Gelel Techniques will cost the user Gelel Energy. Any techniques that aren't related to this Restricted will also use Gelel Energy -- the Chakra Cost will not be reduced and will cost strictly Gelel Energy. Using Techniques in this manner will make them unable to be absorbed by any means (except by other users of Gelel Energy). Techniques that use Gelel Energy may also not have their power reduced by any means. |
