    Yes, the uNPC rules NEED to be done. It'll be done soon. But we're going to use the rules stated Here
    This is a C Rank uNPC and they get the following:
    C-Class: Roughly Chuunin level. These guys have 1650 Experience Points to distribute to their stats, 4 Techniques up to C-Rank, and 2 Skill Points. B-Class shinobi can autohit them. These come in groups of 8.
    Super Beast Imitation Drawing is a B-Rank technique
    Ink Flush is a B-Rank Technique

    You are only allowed 2 UAs that increase stats which can be found here:

    You may only have two UAs that increase your stats and each UA can only increase your stat(s) by a total of 1 tier (even when split between stats or active at different times) on your UAs.

    Fix those and that should be it.

    Fixed the UAs. Sorry about that; was thinking of the 3 attunements I think.

    He has B rank intelligence, so he should be able to learn techs of 1 rank higher, correct? If so I think we're good?
