Search for tags pt. 7

The mission:

The illusions were getting more elaborate and clever now that she seemed aware of him. There was a clear and obvious path leading up to her but he had been avoiding it thus far. So long as he avoided the type B tags however the challenges did not escalate. The type A tags were more common and easy to locate. There were at least four per floor and the illusions did not band together to associate their abilities in numbers against him. The further up he went and the more tags he collected however the more prominent the illusions were. So he had taken to utilizing stealth and ambush tactics. Tadara he caught one of them patrolling too close to the corner of the hallway. Out of the four that were present this one was yanked with little noise out of the path it had chosen. A quick chakra scalpel to the throat and both arteries on either side had severed their ability to cry out. Their neck turned black from the flooding of blood and he lowered the body to the floor quietly before it dispersed. Still the other one drew its weapon. The patrol seemed aware of each other even if he was silent.

Still he would activate the hiding in camouflage technique and conceal his presence. Moving along the walls and then roof with supernatural walking practice as the guard below went to investigate his fallen comrade. He would quietly make his way over to the two archers. The same set up hadn't worked on him before but in case they were learning he was switching it up. Tadara would drop down on the first and sever his brain stem with a tap. Dropping him as the other turned. Before he could fire the arrow however two fingers had caught the shaft of it. A tap to the heart and that one dropped too. Both dispersed before he would while still hidden drop to the patrol below that had turned to back them up. A tap to either side of the skull all in complete silence would slice through the mans brain. Chakra scalpels leaving no blood on the floor or walls. Just rapid precision death. Still he would move to the alter and find the tag they had been protecting. How many there were through out the castle were beyond him. However he would keep his guard up for now. Taking the time to rest in between.
