Mission:

Since becoming a ninja I've been doing an awful lot of hard labor. Nakaba held the reins of a mule that pulled the last of some lumber in a cart. Planed, trimmed, and treated most of the work for the day had been done in his workshop. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath he would manipulate the chakra in his system, and when he opened his eyes back up he would see the project finished under the influence of Demonic Illusion: False Surrounding. An image of the billboard advertising the days sales appeared. The billboard's scale was off, the height was right, but the width of the building was meters longer and if he put the sign at the requested location it would block the window view and cut into the corner of the building. The blueprints of the building didn't match up with the design document he saw.

Doing a little math in his head he would re-evaluate the distance placing measurements and drafting lines at regular intervals. It was a travesty that ninjutsu was a skill one was not taught to the public. Nakaba burned through hours of drafting and measurements in minutes, on location, alone, and without disrupting the public. Nakaba reassessed his draft with the notes that he'd received from the trade yard's designer. With a nod he would check his materials one last time, and then the illusory structure would fade just leaving measurements and draft lines.

One by one Nakaba dug up holes, mixed cement, poured it around 18" width posts, and repeated that process over and over. Attaching beams and posts assessing margins of error, measuring levelness, and remeasuring by hand hours of the day would quickly pass by. At some point another ninja collected the mule for a second job, and Nakaba was left alone with his work as the sun set for the evening. Sweating and satisfied the ninja would do measurements one last time and leave for the evening. It was the next ninja's job to paint the billboard.
