Name: Ray Bow
Item Rank: X
Material Rank: S
Units Used: N/A
Description: The Ray Bow is a peculiarly shaped silver bow with three bow strings that looks like this. The Ray Bow is capable of utilizing regular arrows as ammunition but one its key specialties lies in the fact that it is also capable of creating chakra arrows that the user can fire just like a regular arrow under the projectile rules. These arrows can be created anywhere from D to S Rank Quality with the Hardness being the same as their Quality. The chakra cost for each arrow is 1 Rank lower than the quality of the created chakra arrow. By plucking the strings of the bow, the user can create a melody that synchronizes with a fired arrow allowing it to be free-form manipulated and guided towards a target like a homing missile. The Speed/Coordination of the guided arrow is -1 Tier the arrow's usual flight speed per the Projectile rules. This allows it to change trajectory and circumvent blocks. Upon impact or even grazing, these arrows can paralyze a wounded body part and subtract -25 CP due to chakra flow disruption. The arrows will not paralyze someone whose Constitution is S-Tier and above. The Ray Bow also grants access to the Echolocation Technique which is apped below.

Description: By plucking the strings of the Ray Bow, the user is able to track up to four targets at once in a manner similar to Sensory. Because the user does not track chakra but rather sounds in relation to other objects/people their capacity to actually locate their target is dependent on their Perception. Those with higher Perception will find it easier to use this technique in a manner akin to Sensory.
Weaknesses: The user is capped at tracking up to four individuals. If there are very loud sounds around the user it will be more difficult to track their targets. A -1 Tier debuff is applied to the user's Perception for the purpose of tracking their opponents via this technique.
