The Protective Sphere of Light negates any negative occurrence happening to the user. This means any of the user's actions cannot be Precogged. Any attempt of Precognition will be prevented. In response to an attempted Precog, the bell will illuminate a pink flash of light notifying the wearer of a negative occurrence.
