Omicron-Ethereum's target was the hospital. It moved using its tentacles lashing out and knocking others about as it made its way there. When it arrived, it slammed one of its tentacles into the ground and injected Doton chakra into it. Then, using the Sea Change jutsu it terraformed the earth directly beneath the hospital. It essentially created a mudslide, quicksand earthquake effect that was strong enough to collapse the entire building in one go. All of the sick, dying and even healthy in the building would perish along with all of the doctors and attendants. Scores of people would be killed and even worse those injured in other attacks would have no place to go if they wanted to be healed. The Unblinking One then moved away from the scene, eager to hit its next building.
