It was shortly after Morikawa had departed from the Raikage’s Office upstairs. The jonin had not left the building just yet as he instead took some time looking through some of the missions. Of course he was going to train his student, Sora Inazuma. But he knew from the file that Morikawa doesn’t really have to do much of anything. All the kid needs is experience on the field from the sounds of it. An C ranked mission should be more up at their alley right?
It was a simple mission and it would give Sora and Rumehi a chance to show what they can do. All they had to do is clear out an outpost full of bandits and they’ll be good. If they can’t seem to handle it however, Morikawa would have to step in and basically fail them. In other words it is just chores for them and maybe a training session to work them through the teamwork. If they succeed without him doing anything, then he’ll give them a day’s worth of rest, then a day of training, and by the third day try a different C ranked mission.
After minutes and most likely half an hour of shifting through the mission scrolls. Morikawa found that mission regarding on eliminating an outpost full of bandits off in the northwestern part of the land. Specific location is at the base of the Takoyaiba Mountain Range of the northwestern side. It is quite far Morikawa will admit, but the sooner they stomp out the fugitives the better. No matter how far these ruffians maybe, as long as they’re within the Land of Lightning territory they are a threat. In this time of need, the village cannot afford such nuisances at their sides.
With the scroll in his hand, Morikawa would begin to walk towards the registration desk. Again the poor girl behind the desk seems to be quite intimidated by him. Maybe it is his face, but Mori can’t exactly tell. “I’d like to take this mission with two students of mine. Their names are Rumehi Chinoike and Sora Inazuma.” Morikawa was brief as he placed the scroll on the counter’s surface. The assistant seemed to have relaxed a little as he speaks in a softer tune. “Alright let me just get you approved and you’re good to go.”
