Description:
This is a follow-up illusion of the Lost Soul. It can be layered vertical of Lost Soul. As once the weaker illusion is dispelled either by the affected target or a living outside source the Soul’s Wrath is triggered towards that individual. Alternatively this genjutsu can be used by itself, as the normal trigger is looking into the user's eyes. When layered the trigger is replaced to when the Lost Soul is dispelled.

The Soul's Wrath starts off like nothing happened other than the user formed the Dragon sign and that's it. However the affected target would feel an unnatural breeze filled with decay as a raspy moan can be heard very close behind them. The genjutsu takes on the form of a phantom as it holds a skeletal body with a certain chilly aura around it. It does appear to float as it never touches the ground for there are no legs. Additionally in place of the eyes are a set of diamonds that has a strange pale blue light behind them.

With a touch from it's skeletal hand, the phantom would cause the target to feel fatigue like their very life force is being taken from them. The phantom drains 15 chakra points from the target’s current amount and the drained chakra goes directly towards the user. Additionally, the target suffers 1 disadvantage to their Constitution as they immediately feel sick. The disadvantage lasts only 1 post as the phantom disperses from existence.
Weaknesses:
The user must remain still as he concentrates on the Genjutsu. If layered the Lost Soul must be dispelled by someone in order to trigger. However if the user dispels it himself either by lack of concentration or simply has no need for it the genjutsu will target the user instead. For targets with equivalent Perception they only take 7.5 chakra drain and they don't take the disadvantage.

Description:
This technique cannot be layered either vertically or horizontally. It uses the Soul's Wrath in a similar aspect only at a wider range of targets. The trigger is actually a high pitched whistle that is audible for 25 meters out. Once triggered the user must maintain concentration in order for this technique to effectively work. The user doesn't need to maintain it through a whistle, but it is like constantly painting a picture in his head as he mentally commands the phantoms to swirl around him.

Instead of one phantom garbed in white linen there are now dozens of these things. And this time the phantoms are moving a lot more than they should be. Skeletal phantoms with a chilly aura fades into existence around the user as they circle around him. These phantoms drains the targets indiscriminately with the user being the only exclusion. For each target within a 25 meter radius of the user would have 5 chakra points drained out of them at the start of their post. It is considered to be weaker in terms of immediate drain effect than it's cousin Soul's Wrath. However if maintained against multiple targets the technique is sustained by using the target's  own chakra.
Weaknesses:
This is effective against multiple targets, but against a singular target the user is just wasting chakra. The user can move and is still visible during the illusion as the phantoms moves with him. However he is limited to just using tools and Taijutsu techniques at C-rank and lower. For those who sees through the illusion with equivalent enough Perception the drain effect is halved to 2.5 on them only.

This seems like a genjutsu version of chakra absorption which normally requires physical contact. I'd suggest looking at chakra absorption's mechanics and modeling the illusion's mechanics based off of that. Chakra absorption would also need to be a parent technique.

See above. Remote chakra absorption via genjutsu as described by this technique and the preceding one is not allowed.

Well that is why i put Meiton as the element. The Dark Release focuses on draining chakra at a distance and using that power against the opponents. I was using Meiton as the main focus element and merging it with illusions to produce a similar, lesser version of Inhalement. However if it is a problem then i'll remove them. For in all honesty i was curious if it would be possible or not.

Meiton's absorption is mainly geared towards techniques that externalize chakra. This is not the same as remote chakra absorption. I think what you have is possible but you should read the Chakra Absorption Technique carefully and try to base the mechanics of this techique off of that.

I would need to get the chakra absorption technique first then. The genjutsu without the Meiton effect honestly would just be an illusion and wouldn't have any reason to have the absorption effect. If anything it'll effect something like Constitution or Stamina stat while the illusion is active. Which makes the two techs in question into different ones. I've already scratched the ones in question out so they don't really need to be approved.

As for mechanics it would be possible yes. Granted if the user has some form of medium be it jutsu, weapon, or just physical contact. I could alter it into the phantom illusion where the phantom is the medium of that effect. As for the swirling phantoms it would be like bombarding others as the phantoms slam onto them and thus the phantoms become the mediums. But the downside is that wouldn't be an illusion as it'll be very much ninjutsu tbh or at least very close to it. If anything i feel like i should scrap it and just rebuild the techs with the Lost Soul being an exception.

That is correct. For what you want it would need to have a medium, however I disagree that it would automatically become ninjutsu at that point. You could think of the medium (touching via physical contact, weapon, or ninjutsu) as being triggers for the illusion. The effect of contact also triggering the chakra drain.

And yes, Chakra Absorption would be a pre-requisite to this.

Description:
A horrific illusion that is normally layered vertically with the Lost Soul. The alternative is if the victim looks at the user’s eyes. Once the Lost Soul has been dispelled or this technique is triggered, the doll’s face immediately changes into a skin stretched over the skull as flesh appears to be falling off. It is until the doll sheds off one side of the face that it reveals a dark hand slithering out. Echoing from the empty darkness of the doll’s face is a raspy breathing that sounds disembodied and haunting. Then in the midst of that darkness a single bloodshot eye will suddenly open just before bursting out of the doll. Clay pieces are flung everywhere as rapidly charging at B tier speed is a dark humanoid with a strong odor of decaying flesh and earth. Dark long hair that appears to be wet cover its face from sight. When it reaches within five meters the humanoid will leap with a painful shriek as it slams onto the victim. Clattering teeth can be heard as it rapidly attempts to bite at the victim.

Morikawa fused the chakra absorption technique with an illusion, as the humanoid serves as the medium for chakra absorption. Each time the creature successfully touches the victim, it deals 5 points of the victim’s current stamina and is added as fuel to Morikawa. However if it scratches even a nick of the victim it’ll drain 10 points of the victim’s current stamina as it leaves nasty wounds. The most devastating part of the illusion is the bite, and while the strongest effect this illusion possess it is also a much quicker way for the victim to break out of the illusion. The bite drains 15 current stamina and reduces the victim’s Stamina by 1 advantage for 3 rounds.
Weaknesses:
Attacking the creature is a good way to disrupt the illusion, but throwing shurikens and other weaponry at it the creature simply avoids them. Should any attacks land on the creature it will react as such, but the surroundings will be affected and can throw the illusion off. Making it easier to break out even with lower Perception. The easiest way to break out is through the bite, for in most cases the illusion simply evaporates before their eyes, but the damage chakra wise is still there.

The Heaven’s Barrier forms a dome that shields anyone inside from harm. The barrier would appear to be a veil of golden light, yet when something that possess chakra like ninjutsu or tailed beast bomb it will prove to be as tough as ebony. People and non-chakra coated projectiles and slip past the barrier. However if say the opponent multiplied the projectiles through ninjutsu this barrier will ward the multiplied projectiles yet the original ones will still pass through. The barriers can withstand up to S-tier power against chakra attacks.

There is a small catch to this technique. The B rank upkeep cost not only feeds into the barrier, but it also builds up raw chakra inside the dome. This is done by passively draining 10 stamina points out of the user per post. Once it has been fed equivalent to 30 points then it’ll gain an additional effect when destroyed by external force. Heaven’s Barrier will emit a forceful shockwave starting at the edge of the dome and then travel 10 meters outward. The shockwave would have equivalent Power as if it possessed 3 B ranks as it pushes everything out and away from the protected individuals.

Note: It is recommended that the user has at least B-tier Stamina and/or have a Chakra Drain Seal or something that gradually restores chakra. This is because the Heaven's Barrier overall is quite taxing on the person and could potentially tire the user out after the 1rst use.
Weaknesses:
The user is at the center of this dome as it surrounds him and him alone. The user must also remain at the center for the duration of this technique for once set the barrier will not move. Additionally aside from the fact that the user must hold the Seal of Protection the entire time, if the barrier is destroyed quick enough then it’ll simply shatter and no shockwave will occur.

With the power of that secondary effect, with the thirty point limit then that'd be close to S+ in terms of power. It will need its own separate cost per post aside from the upkeep which will need noted in the description, which I'd recommend should be a passive five or ten point drain per post. Could also up the range a bit on it too since the build up takes some time. Since you're letting physical objects and people pass through the barrier, I'd be willing to let the power of the protection be S rank against chakra related attacks at current cost and upkeep since that's a fairly significant weakness for a barrier. Now, you can keep it at A rank and drop the cost and upkeep one tier instead if you'd like.
