This special item used by the Aburame clan takes the form of a large gourd which can be slung across the back of the Aburame clan member to be carried wherever they have need of it (see image above for details), and this specific gourd has been made for use only by Nikola E. Aburame. Furthermore, this gourd is used to hold an auxiliary pool of 500 insects total for Nikola’s personal use. Additionally, this secondary pool of insects can be any of the standard Aburame insects that Nikola has been trained in the use of, some custom insects developed by Nikola for additional utility, or even any mix of these former two categories as well and this pool can be used with any of the Aburame clan’s insect jutsu at will. Besides that, it derives sustenance from Nikola’s own chakra reserves as do the insects dwelling inside his body due to the combination of the strange material comprising the gourd’s structure and the complex terrarium-like setup that is built into this gourd’s design. Lastly, this secondary pool of insects can also be regenerated using the associated specific custom or standard Aburame clan jutsu just as can the stock of 1000 of Nikola’s primary pool of in-body insects.
