They've been spotted along the outskirts of Ota, attacking caravans and regular travelers. Now, one citizen of Ota has been killed by them and people are starting to get a bit irritated with the leadership. Find these bandits and kill them all. Raphael's mix matched blue and green eyes would be watching the clouds that hovered above the village, this time of year the mist seemed to be not so thick, but the presence of snow fall became all the more prominent. The blonde Uzumaki's arms would be lifted up on the side of his head, the fingers of his hands interlaced behind his head. His Kirigakure Hitai-ate, tied firmly around his forehead to keep his hair out of his face. Today he was wearing his full Kirigakure provided uniform, from the standard issue flak jacket, uniform pants and long sleeve shirt, a hooded-cloak and fingerless gloves. Though the cloak had a hood, the hood would be down, he saw no need in covering his head as it had not rain or snowed yet. He wasn't really a fan of wearing the uniform like this, he would much rather be wearing his simple Gi as it was far more comfortable than the uniform was. Considering though that he was technically on the job, wearing the uniform did not seem to be that big of a deal all things considering. The fact that he and whoever his partner for this mission was, would be dealing with bandits, the armor would be a welcome comfort for the male. He would have all the needed gear for what the mission entailed, from his senbons to his medkit should one of them get injured on the mission. His two trench knives, held in his uniform belt. He didn't use them often but having them and not needing them was better than needing and not having, and so he usually carried them with him even when he didn't plan to use them.
They would be heading to Ota to deal with these bandits, as it were Raphael did not know how long the journey would take them from the village. However, considering the fact that the bandits have taken up residence there, there was not much choice in the matter. They have been causing problems, not only for Kirigakure, but for all of the people within water country, and that Raphael could not allow. The fact that some of these men that lead the bandits might lead him closer to finding Tetsura, was simply a bonus. If the missing nin reported are to be believed though, it would be a good chance for him to test his own abilities. Not to mention the chance to gather more information about Tetsura, for when the Tide finally confronted him. The fact that they have murdered innocent people was enough to tell Raphael that they deserved the death sentence that had been passed down by the triumvirate, but the fact that they worked for Tetsura was all he really needed to know for that. Though he could probably use a good work out he was not looking forward to having to walk to get there. Still, he would wait patiently for his mission partner to arrive so that they could begin the journey.
